DO NOT GO THERE! THEY’RE RACIST!
I went there 2 days ago with my mom and my husband. When we got out of the store two cops came to « talk » to my husband (who is black) and accused him of stealing something (an employee called the police)! My husband is not a thief and anybody that came in this store know that all the bags and stuff are in glass boxes and you need a key to open it! I wait more than 1h in the rain with my mom, we could’nt wait in our car nor in the store !!! When the police watch the surveillance camera and realize he did NOTHING, nobody came to apologize, not even the manager! WHAT A SHAME. I’m never going back in this store, I’m more than disapointed!

I purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet from them thru dillards in knoxville Tennessee. After carrying it maybe 4 or 5 times the inside ripped. I have other Louis Vuitton items and have never had a problem. It does not feel like my other items. What a joke and ripoff. I paid 650 for the wallet and got a fake one! They will do nothing about it. I would advise anyone to stay away from anything to do with this company!!!!!

If you are looking to sell items- don’t bother! What a waste of time!!
I have purchased multiple items from WGACA via Dillard’s in Louisiana on several occasions. All with reasonable results.
However- recently I contacted their ‘luxbuyers’ via the website and received a quote to sell a couple of LV bags with WGACA. I waited 2 wks after receiving the quote and replied that I accepted their quote and to send the form and shipping label (all of this was within their stated 30 days time frame). NO reply. Nothing in 10 days. I have emailed 3 times, check my junk folder, even tried call the NYC store. NOTHING. Really? What terrible customer service. A total waste of time and energy!! Just answer me if you are no longer interested in my bags. Ignoring people is not good business.

Do not spend your hard earned money on any of WGACA “pre-loved”items. Their customer service is horrible, their policies are bogus and they thrive off of taking advantage of bait and switch selling practices. Please avoid at all costs.

Had such a nice experience shopping here today. Lydia was so great to work with and helped myself and my parents with really beautiful Chanel and Hermes ready to wear pieces. All the other staff at the store were also very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back here!

High end vintage designer clothes and accessories store .. prices seemed ok .. you get what you pay for, lots of very unique items for sale here and if your looking for unique this is definitely a place to visit, good selection of both male and female items available.

I sold my used Louis Vuitton to them. The bag retails at over $2,500 on their website. I was sent the wrong prepaid shipping label and my bag was lost. After 3 weeks of trying to get in touch, they finally responded and told me the check would be written in the full amount they quoted me, but never confirmed or provided any proof that the check was sent. I did receive the check, but overall terrible business and a very poor way to handle a high end item. It was not a fun experience.
