The worst Walgreens store I have ever been to. It’s the review for the general store not the Pharmacy. The store staff, John, was very rude, unprofessional and showed so bad working attitude. First I noticed he leaned against the shelf and talked to someone with lots of complaints for quite a long time when other staffs were busy on stocking the merchandise. Then I asked for picking up the photo. He turned his head to look around and walked to me with murmuring to himself. It’s like that it’s a heavy job to him and someone should take over, instead of him. When he looked for the photo, he heavily dropped the photo basket on the desk and kept murmuring. After that he wanted me to bring the photo and go to the front desk for transaction. He actually could complete the transaction right at the photo desk.
When I was at the front desk, the young female cashier (seemed like a new hire) got the issue on the transaction and asked him for help. He came and just said that’s customer’s problem rudely and he had nothing to do with it. He just didn’t want to deal with it or maybe he didn’t even know how to do it. I never got this issue from other Walgreens stores before. If he didn’t know how to do it, he should ask the manager and not give the wrong instruction and response to the customer. He acted very unprofessionally and seemed no passion on this job, and even gave the worst role model to the new hire.
I visited this store for several times and could feel 2-3 cashiers lack of knowledge on the store rule/policy/operation and lack of passions on the service and learning.
The store was clean in general but the atmosphere was a bit different from other stores. The restroom was dirty and really smelly. It opens 24hrs; however, if there is other near-by Walgreens store still open, I will not visit or recommend it.

everytime time NO EXCEPTION. That i come here to pickup any medication i have to wait a ridiculous amount of time.... this is everytime... they need more staff for sure.. if u have a medication i suggest you to go somewhere else or get ready to wait

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had a prescription filled here as it’s the only location that has a 24 hour pharmacy. I went in at 8pm to pick up my prescription and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes and I would receive a text. I didn’t receive a text until the following morning, so I might as well have used my regular pharmacy. In addition, the next morning I sat at the window for 20 minutes after they saw me before they greeted me. If you urgently need your medication, I would definitely not recommend coming here!!

After having multiple bad experiences, today was my final straw. I went to the pharmacy 11/7 at 12:30pm. The attitude and level of customer service I received from the pharmacist was beyond unprofessional. She made me question why my doctor would prescribe me a certain RX as a pregnant woman. She made it seem like it was unsafe for me to take. When I started asking questions as to why, she started to backtrack and provided no real answers. She eventually ran off, leaving me uncomfortable and 0 answers to questions. I honestly left wanting to cry and overall just really uncomfortable by the interaction.

I reached out to my doctor ASAP afterward filling her in on what happened and making sure it was safe to take as the pharmacist had nothing of value to provide, besides making me uncomfortable.

The WORST Walgreens a person could visit. SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH PHARMACY EVER! 1 Car every 20 mins. 1 hour wait in line, 4 hours after script was called in and still no ETA on the script. Do not use this pharmacy except in dire circumstances. Walgreens Corporate -it would be in everyone's best interest to shut this location down so people don't think they can actually get their meds.

Extremely Disappointing Service

We visited for a flu shot, and my wife, who is pregnant, was made to wait for over 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, we were charged upfront without being informed of how long the wait would be. When I asked the staff for an estimate, I was met with a dismissive, "I don’t know." This level of disregard, especially toward a pregnant woman, is shocking. I never expected such inconsiderate and poor service from the pharmacy staff. The lack of communication and empathy was unacceptable.

The customer service in the pharmacy area is terrible. I waited forever to pick up a Uber delivery without any acknowledgment from the staff. I ended up having to cancel the delivery because it was taking way too long. One employee who could’ve helped me was too busy flirting with a coworker. He then let someone else cut in line to ask him about a prescription. I do not recommend this place at all. I’m not surprised whatsoever that they have a 1.9 star rating.

Took 4 days waiting for my simple Rx to be filled and, when I called, they said it would be another 3 days. 7 days to fill a Z pack? It's already boxed, just slap om a label. Rude, no courtesy. Transferred all of my families' prescriptions out.
