First time going to shop here and was very intrigued about what they had for purchase and now, I’m thinking we have so much to offer back to them! They had lots of good brands and great prices too!. Some items were overpriced based on the condition but not many. If you go there to shop, consider giving yourself a whole afternoon because there is a lot to look through and pick from- It’s a great idea and can see myself shopping and selling unused items there for a long time! All of the items are nicely marked and easy to see brand and also the price tags. I found all of these 5 Lulu items there for my niece’s birthday for less than $125 and a reusable bag free with my purchase! A couple of the tops looked like they’d never even been worn!

I did not realize what a racket these places are. I bought a pair of jeans here a little over a month ago for $19.99. They didn’t fit and I missed my exchange window so just sell them back right?

They tell you that they sell clothes for a 1/3 off normal cost and give you 1/3 of that, sounds good. I bought the jeans for $20 so a third of that would be $7ish. At first, they don’t want them back and then when I mentioned the receipt offered me $4. They have a whole speech about how “styles change”. It’s been 30 days not 30 years. Can I just exchange them for another pair of jeans? Of course not, I missed my exchange window by a week and now that particular jean is no longer in style.

Taking my clothes to Salvation Army. They can keep their $4. What an insult.

They lie, cheat, and steal. Clothes are nice but don't EVER sell to them. I took a 30gal tote and two big black trash bags in to sell. Some of these clothes probably weren't what they needed or wanted but I had alot of northface, nike, Adidas along with other brands. Everything was no more than 2yrs old. Some as new as a month ago with tags still attached. Everything name brand came from kohls, dicks, and academy. And I throughly checked every item and removed anything that had holes or damaged etc. They called me an hr after i dropped off and told me that they didn't want to buy anything and that I could come pick up before eight p m. It was seven fifty when they called me. I just have time to make it back. Up there before they closed, and so the next morning first thing as soon as I opened, I called and they had donated everything.

I’ve bought and sold clothes here multiple times. However the last time I went I offered to donate anything they didn’t keep…and they ended up offering me $0 and keeping some items , and sold the items in the store anyways ! I have picture evidence of items i have worn on my body that they told me they couldn’t take! And now I am finding the same exact items in the store FOR SALE. (I know they were my items based on size and distinctive characteristics) that bag of clothes was including name brand items like Nike, PINK, Vans, Levi’s, MCM, Fashion nova and more ! I’m not sure if it was a certain person or if everyone was involved but I have the proof I need and will not be doing business with them ever again , I would rather donate to goodwill and help the less fortunate

Great spot! It’s like a thrift store meets target. Very nice items and everything is organized by size so it’s easy to shop but you still get the thrift store hunt feeling. They also have random sales to keep an eye out
