I could not have been more impressed! It was clean, organized, smelled amazing (like some sort of candle but not overpowering), there was room to move between aisles, the dressing rooms were clean and a great size — so many positives! I also have to say the staff was excellent! Those young ladies were helpful and courteous and sweet! I went in for some things for myself (a 40-something woman) and did not feel judged at all, like some other places! I found a ton of items at great prices and I will be back with my daughter very soon!

I went in to Upscale Cheapskate today for the first time. The store was clean and very organized. I sold 3 items and bought one item. The dressing room was nice and clean as well. The 2 employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I will be back soon. Very impressed!

Love this place! Blows other places like Plato's closet out the water! Way better selection, newer clothes, and waayy better prices!! Recommending everyone i know to this place for sure!!

I’ve visited this store multiple times and have always found it to be clean and well-organized. However, my experiences with selling gently used clothing here have been disappointing. On three separate occasions, I brought in up-to-date, stylish, and gently worn items, only to be told they weren’t acceptable due to being ‘not in style’ or ‘too wrinkled.’

What stood out most was noticing other items being accepted that were visibly more worn and outdated than mine. This inconsistency raises concerns, and I can’t help but feel this might be an issue of bias, as I’ve also heard similar experiences from other people of color at this location.

I recommend the staff remember that this is a consignment store where clothes are expected to show some wear. Investing in a steamer might also help address concerns about wrinkles. Consistency and fairness in evaluating items are key to creating a welcoming and equitable experience for all customers.

I was greeted with kindness, which you don’t see anymore these days. They made me feel like I belong. Everyone had smiles which made me smile. My items , I felt was appraised at a far price. Definitely will continue to visit. Great store!

Love this place! I have to limit myself to once a month because I’m always looking for new clothes?. They always keep with the season, and now they have some good winter sweaters and cardigans for a nice night out. 100% recommend to all my friends and coworkers!!!

I always get the best customer service at the Mansfield location and today I found out I have $84 credit !! I will be heading to the Arlington location this afternoon to find more dresses for my daughter’s dance!! Thank you bunches and I hope I win the $50 I store credit! You can never has too much!
