If I could give 0 stars I would! I have never in my life seen a store with a buy back policy more greedy than this one. I came in today with one saucer complete with all toys, no stains, and cleaned to their buyback policies. Along with this one saucer I gave 2 boxes of brand new diapers valued at $44.59 a box at other retailers, and some baby clothes which I honestly didn’t expect much for since it used clothes. Thinking I’m going to get at least $50 in total for everything I took they offered $20 cash and $37 store credit. I looked at similar saucers and saw them valued $30 and up in their own store, so in my head the math wasn’t adding up. I took the saucer back and left them with the clothes and diapers and they gave me $8 for everything. I truly haven’t been more disappointed and upset with a store that relies on the community for support. Aside from that the employee that helped us was extremely rude, demeaning, and just acting as if she didn’t want to be there. I get it it’s a job we all have our days, but that doesn’t mean to give attitude and disrespect your guests in the store who will be giving business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS FOR THEM TO BUY BACK. YOURE ONLY GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF AND DISRESPECTED. Sell it on offer up or market place, but don’t give them anymore support until they change their buy back policies. Thank you have a great day!

Took some clothes into sell on Monday my buyer Margaret was so helpful we walked around the store while we waited for our buy to be done she got it done in such a timely fashion and was so kind and knowledgeable with it being our first time in the store and first time selling i can say she really helped us out we will definitely be back again. This place is awesome. I took items and within hours they had me picked up my check. I was able to use back in the store to purchase some more cute clothing. They have all the brands and what I love is finding new items with tags. Great place to shop!

Updated:i called the store and found out i was over charged. The staff was helpful and offered a refund which i picked up the next day.

I like the prices but wondering how much you charge just to use card instead of cash? My total came out to $63 and some change but was charged over $72? Nothing on my receipt reflecting what the extra charge was for

I love that they accept year round clothes and styles for their consignments. Fold and launder your clothes beforehand to get the most back, you get 20% more if you do store credit vs a check.

I can always find good quality clothes for my kids and sports gear. I love that they give a 15% military discount too!

Struggled to find preemie clothes so I called here and thank God they had some. Quite a bit to choose from actually! They have a lot of variety for both girls and boys from premie to big kid.

Such a nice shop with very reasonable prices. I love buying good quality 2nd hand itsms here. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Great place to drop off donations and get store credit for your kids lighty used items.
