I took my Windows laptop and MacBook Pro to Tarzana Tech, and they did an awesome job! My laptop needed a new battery, and my MacBook needed a factory reset because I ran out of disk space. They fixed both for a really reasonable price, and their service was top-notch. What I appreciated the most was how honest and transparent they were; no surprise fees or trying to push extra stuff. Just solid, straightforward help. Super happy with their work, and I’d definitely recommend them if you need any tech repairs.

Excellent place to buy/or repair your computer. I bought my Macbook Pro in 2021 and just recently my battery/charger started giving out. The gentleman available said I should bring it in and within 24 hrs I had a new battery and something fixed in the mother board and he didnt have to delete anything in my computer. I havent performed with it yet but its already feeling faster l! Thank you Tarzana Tech!

I had a membrane key pop out from my laptop, and I went in hoping they could put it back in. The staff was very kind and was very upfront whether it could be fixed or not, due to the difficult nature of the membrane key. They took my laptop, and after about 5 minutes, my popped out key was back in! I was thrilled at how fast the task was done! Thank you so much!!! Small businesses like this shop should be cherished for their skill and kindness!

I am writing to add my voice to the deserved accolades which have been given to Tarzana Tech. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didn't want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at Tarzana Tech.

My 2018 macbook pro screen broke on 1/4/24. Found Tarzana Tech online and decided to give them a try. On 1/5/24, I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of by Alan. He confirmed this process would be done by next week and quoted me a price which I thought would be higher than what it was. Today is 1/6/24 and I picked up my laptop in working condition. Yes, the screen is not brand new but who cares. As long as my computer works, I'm happy. Thank you Alan!
