A big shout out to Jean and all the team at Seco South. I ordered replacement standing rigging and had a concern on one of the items. Jean responded immediately with the answer and a solution. Cable Loft / Seco South

Called to get a price on replacing all my running rigging and spoke to Jean who has got to go down as one of the rudest people I have spoken to in a long long time. To the point where I said shortly after a few sentences 'we will not be doing business' and promptly hung up.

No idea on costs, no idea on customer satisfaction, she was on speaker phone as I was expecting to get some info (as I have from every other professional I have spoken to) and after her initial opening to me even my friend sat next to me made the 'hang up' sign to me and told me what a disgustingly rude aggressive manner she had. Take your business to Florida Rigging and Hydraulics - great customer service and prices.
