The fact that this store is still open is amazing to me. Not only do I see numerous people, including myself leave with exactly what they came in to drop off. And when they do decide your yoga pants or nice warm jacket is up to their standards, they give you maybe $3. So basically the $30 pairs of pants and other clothing you hold high to value is down to less than $10. And it’s not like the quality of clothes they have now is worth the price. Found bunch of pants and bottoms of jackets covered in dust and outside leaves. Not to get me started on the rude customer service behind the counter. Short, unhelpful answers. Honestly, have more luck using eBay or literally going anywhere else. Save your gas money and time

Staff was nice. 2 star because I brought in a brand new pair of Rag & Bone cargo pants (MSRP: $348.00) and they offered me $10. Unless you are hurting for money, I recommend bringing your clothes elsewhere.

Save yourself the trouble from selling your items here, brought in name brand clothing and shoes and only received $56. I used to get more for less, this store has really gone downhill. Seems like everybody else in the reviews has had the same experience.

Don’t waste your time coming here, I gave them a bag of clothes and a pair of brand NEW retro Jordan’s ( $200 ) and they offered me $24 for the shoes. I’m highly disappointed never coming back here ever again. Also, they didn’t accept any of my WINTER clothes because it’s “out of season”, while it’s half way of November. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Please don’t waste your time.

Used clothing store on Route 46 in Fairfield. The line to buy back used clothes was long and the kiosk said 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon.

There are about 20 racks of clothes 70% women’s and 30% men’s. Lots and lots of shoes and accessories as well. Prices are reasonable for used clothes. Staff were busy and helpful. Would come back again.

Complete waste of time. I went on their site to see what they were looking for before going in. They needed coats & jackets, mens athletic wear, and jeans. I brought in at least 10 pairs of Lucky Brand Jeans (barely worn) and American Eagle shorts (because it’s summer) and a few summer tops. I got there 10 minutes before they opened because they usually have extremely long wait times and you can’t come back at your leisure otherwise you’ll get store credit. So I waited about 40 minutes which was a pretty good wait time. They offered me 5 dollars for 5 items and didn’t take a single pair of jeans (what they were asking for). Very disappointing. I’m not sure what changed but a couple years back I made out really well with selling my clothes there. It’s safe to say today was the last time I’ll go back.

Favorite Thrift Store giving fashionista vibes. I get so much good stuff here. Girls that work there are a pleasure to deal with. I go almost everyday because they are always putting out new stuff. Highly Recommend!!!

I came here with a large bag of clothes with the intent to sell. They said they couldn't accept it because it wasn't "selling hours." It would be nice if maybe "selling hours" were posted online for customers, that would make sense. I don't live around the corner and am not in the area constantly to check a small sign that is posted in the corner of the store.
