I had a car load of things to donate about a month ago. Pulled up to door and lady just stood there with her cart and watched me unload. (I am 75 years old) For the past 2 days I have been trying to donate but sign is posted that they are not taking donations? Also, after donating I have continously gone into store, to see what some of my items were selling for. Never saw anything that was mine. What happens to my donations? Some clothes were brand new with tags. Are the workers taking them?

The prices are pretty reasonable and you can find some very good stuff here. The staff is also really helpful and nice!

Small but well organized. A little bit of everything. Clothes to toys, frames, glass ware games, candles, small funiture. Also great place to donate.

Pennies from heaven thrift store was very clean and organized. The prices were extremely reasonable. The people were friendly. The store was well lit. There was a dressing room available to try on clothing. They did have a sale for three different colored tags with various percentages off. I scored some really nice dresses, some kid clothes and an awesome pair of binoculars. I will return when I am in the area.

The workers need to stop holding on to stuff before the customer I don’t think it’s fair!! I was told by one of them that they hold onto to the good stuff and buy it after work :/ Not fair. Won’t be going back

They have always been rude, if you read the comments I agree with them the manager is very rude and crude to treat customer and children she thinks she owns the place! Get rid of her!!!!!
The items are very priced pared too the thrift stores so I believe they are in the business for full profit. I used to go the and spend good money but I try to avoid this sore as much as I can due to this “manager”. If you can drive a little more go to the ones in Dallas! They will surely appreciate your business.

Staff are either indifferent or absolutely rude. No one enjoys what they do or being there and it shows. Pricing is hit or miss, sometimes you find good deals and sometimes things are marked more than retail new. The chance of finding a deal just is not worth the attitude you'll get from the staff at this point. I don't even want to go in to use my earned rewards.
