I had a great selling experience here. I went around 6:30 on a Friday and there was no line. The person looking at my clothes was friendly and made sure to explain why they did or didn’t accept each item, whether it be the brand or because it was a less popular style/fit. In the end she took 2 shirts and I got $20 store credit.

Walking around they have a nice selection. Some simple pieces but also a lot of eclectic items. Also a good amount of designer. Their selection of new items was bigger than expected (socks, costume jewelry, tights, plus lots of candles, incense and oils/perfumes).

I really love this store. Every time I go I find fun stuff to wear. The only critique I have is that every time I go in Brat is playing. Brat summer is over. Guys there is a lot more music. Sometimes I’ll be in there and it will be playing on repeat. Wish the store had more variety in music. Great staff though 🙂

This was a beautiful place to visit and I was feeling low so I needed something fun and cute to explore. It almost feel like Crossroads mixed with Buffalo Exchange. Unfortunately, my experience were going from positive to negative towards the end. I came to visit this store in hope of making a content for a project and buy the clothes. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if filming or take photos were allowed. I asked 2 staffs and they were very kind and respectful and communicate. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention, I’m Deaf and Queer Latino man. I found so many cool clothes and awesome shoes! I asked again if it’s allowed to film and I was reassured it’s alright as long I don’t film others in it which I already am aware of! Beside the whole video is in ASL and it’s all blurred out with only me on the focus. As the time goes by and I loved the outfit! I was ready to wrap it up and then this staff started talking to me and I explained that I’m Deaf and she was very rude and kept talking down to me. I clarified that I can’t read her lips and she was very apprehensive towards to me. I asked if I can finish it up and I mentioned that I communicated with other staffs and asked for permission beforehand. I was planning to buy those clothes and the shoes since I was paid to film those content. However, my experience was ruined by this woman and I didn’t buy them afterward after that interaction. I most likely won’t come back because suddenly feel like I was treated as a criminal. The other 2 staffs were kind and supported me and reassure my worries. I was hoping to come in a safe space and now I don’t feel comfortable coming back especially after that awful interaction. I’m sad I’m not able to get those clothes I wanted. Be careful who you meet the staffs there. Not all of them are nice as you think they would be.

If you want any type of potential sale, make sure to stand there while the buyer is going through your items, or else they will not accept anything or offer you much. Maybe $6 for a nice exclusive piece. Nice spot, but don’t waste your time with selling 🙂

Obsessed with this place. Bushwick is better with them in the neighborhood. I’ve found gems there. Love that they’re open late. Every time I’ve sold there the staff has been friendly and professional. They will donate whatever they don’t buy if you want them to. My only complaint is that the volume of the music is too loud and having live DJs there doesn’t do anything for me personally. If they ever made the switch to organizing by size I’d be in heaven.

Very cool thrift store. And one of the best places I have been to to sell my clothes. The pricing was fair and I got to use 50% credit of the purchasing value of the clothes they bought as store credit.
The styles here are pretty edgy and unique. You can also find a few everyday wear items that fits your style.

good clothes, good vibes, BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. i genuinely get 10x more overwhelmed every time i step foot in there. there have been times when i put everything back and just left bc the music was driving me insane. at one point in the dressing room i had to scream to my friend who was right outside in order for him to hear me, like we were in a club or something

I have only been here twice but I like it! Items can be a bit pricy but I have been able to find really nice pieces that are affordable, and I feel that the price is worth it for the excellent selection. It is easy to find cute clothes, rather than having to sort through a lot of stuff to find a good piece.
