Wonderful store. I’ve gotten great deals on a stroller and a hiking carrier that usually cost a lot more. People are giving this place bad reviews because this store wouldn’t buy their items, but I’m glad that they only accept items that are in great condition. I feel safe using the stroller and carrier because of their standards, and am confident they’ll last me for future children. Both items had all of their parts and virtually no damage. On top of this, we’ve always found great clothes here, the staff is nice, and their rewards program is awesome! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

This place is kinda picky with items. I once was going to bring a crib in but they wouldn’t accept it because of teething baby marks which was like 1 or 2 ? stop being dramatic you’re a second hand store. As long as it’s safe and clean is all that matters! They expect you to bring in a brand new item and they will give a fairly low offer. I brought in BRAND NEW IN PACKAGE ride on unicorn, obviously it’s $150 and the Vetch table which was hardly used - was like $50 but they only offered $52. In this economy that’s barely enough. It’s a total rip off. I rather rent a booth at the flea market next time than ever coming back here again. If some things are brand new we should at least be offered a bit more, especially when you have inflation going on. Never going to once upon a child for now on

The customer service was great, but I wish someone had explained that only 7 items would be selected from the bag of over 15+ items I brought in. I was under the impression that payment would be based on the total number of items, not just a few. It feels a bit pointless to bring in boxes of clothes only for a small selection to be picked.

Additionally, we were told the process would take a week, but it ended up taking two weeks. The store is clearly understaffed, and there's so much clothing that it's overcrowded. I understand accepting new items is important, but there comes a point when it's necessary to say no. The store is so packed that it made shopping uncomfortable—I could barely move items to check sizes because everything was jammed together.

On the positive side, I was happy with the items I purchased, and the prices were fair. This store is definitely a good option for back-to-school shopping, but I hope they can address the overcrowding and staffing issues to improve the overall shopping experience.

My wife and I just went shopping before our babies birth, the gentleman in the orange shirt was very helpful and kind. 10/10 experience will be a returning customer.

Visited on the weekend, most of the stuff look worn and dirty, the prices of the items do not reflect the quality at all- far too expensive. Kids toys not even wiped down and dirty.

Name brand and boutique clothing ( most) gently used for a good deal

This is my original post above. I had given them 4 stars for effort and the fact they do have some boutique children's clothing. The prices are decent as well. However, I was treated rudely at my last visit. The long and short was a price issue and the manager was not apologetic or even just matter of fact for the issue.
Samantha, the manager that was involved was curt she was not going to try to atone for the matter at all. (2 coats same company ,same material only 2 of the kind in the store ,admittedly different sizes and styles, very different prices 12 for the one brought in this year 2016 and 25 for the one brought in last year (guessing she meant 2015 per the managers slip up) per her admission they price according to current prices.
Then by that standard the 12 is correct and the 25 is incorrect. I know I am not in charge. The money was not really the issue (I bought the coats both) the tone of attitude was.
I usually am treated better than this and honestly I have NEVER asked about pricing to this point, never bargained or haggled. I will give them one more chance and if this is to be the norm I would say I would rather not shop at this location. Pumpkin Patch is not too far near Lakeline Mall and Gingersnaps in NRR has started taking couture consignments !!!
