The girls working there were super attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked in! As soon as I was ready to checkout they walked right over. There is a big variety of EVERYTHING. Racks are to little too full which makes it harder to look through, I have yet to sell here but the shopping experience was great, I will definitely continue going!

Staff is rude!!! Also I bought in a big bag of clothes. They went through over 75items in less them 3 mins! I had at least 8 new shirts that’s still had tags on them. And 15+ items I bought from them and don’t even use and they didn’t buy them back… said what I had had stains on them yet there is nothing on them!!! They only buy from certain people. Staff acted like it was an inconvenience for me to bring this stuff in!

I thought this location would be better than the one closest to me as I’ve shopped here before, but I tried to sell items 2 days in a row and was unsuccessful. I usually go based on their Instagram page whether they’re still accepting items but they failed to update both attempts. The first day it was extremely busy and had a sign on the door so I didn’t attempt. Second day I called ahead and a girl told me 4:30 is when they stopped taking in items. So I get there 3:45ish and before I could say a word they immediately told me they aren’t taking more items, very rudely. Until I told them I called ahead and then they just pointed to the floor and said I could set the items down.. I then let them know what type of items I had and they said they had no room to take big items. Which is understandable but they were extremely rude before even saying hello. The couple before me seemed to have been upset with them as well. Wont return again.

Great selection and well organized. I went shopping for some active wear and they have a massive selection of just about everything. These are the things I saw:
- Jackets, Shoes, Strollers, Cribs, Beanies, Toys, Books etc

The items are organized by size, by category. I also liked how they are lined in color schemes.

The employees greeted my children and I as we walked in with a friendly "Hello, welcome to Once Upon a Child". They seemed very interested in us and they made small conversation with us.

The store is well lit giving it a bright and inviting atmosphere. The store is also clean and one can tell they stay on top of things for upkeep and tidiness. There were several customers browsing and one particular lady had 2 young children who made a mess but a male employee would every so often patiently walked over picked up after her children.

They sell mainly brand names and their items are very clean have a good look and feel towards them. My wife has been shopping here for quite some time for our four children and now I see why.

This store is great, the employees seem happy to be there setting a cheerful atmosphere.

I called up there to make sure I didn’t bring anything that didn’t sell, we live 35 minutes away. (We had two bassinets, a jumper, walker, car seat and a few other items)
The manager answered the call and was short with me. She said, “ We buy everything so just bring it up here.” I told her great we will be there shortly.

The first item was a car seat we brought in, we set it down and she said, “oh we don’t buy those.” They didn’t take the bassinets because they did not have shelf space for them. The only item they took was the jumper. The trip we made paid for the gas, it was a waste of our time and theirs.

The manager, was also rude to her staff, getting upset with them over seemingly minor things in front of the customers. We were disappointed with overall experience and will find another way next time we are looking to move our stuff. The rest of the staff was kind, the manager left a sour taste in our mouth.

It’s a crowded small store. The girls that work there are awkward and just stare at you when you walk in unless you’re a usual. The Carrollton and Plano location is better, in service and more space to walk through.

Brought in three totes of clothes and toys and they took about four shirts and offered me $10… I’m sure any other parents/especially single income households can understand how frustrating that is when you’re hoping to swap in your babies old clothes to buy new sizes and your totes barely get skimmed through. Not only was it a waste of my time but the staff gave off highschool mean girl energy. They were so extremely rude. Not even a welcome in or hi when we walked in just “sign in and put the items in the corner”. I got the text that my buy was finished and came to the counter in front of two of the girls and they ignored me as I’m standing there with my crying baby. Had to send my fiancé to the front to talk to them and collect our things because I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t think I will ever be back unfortunately, once upon a child used to be my go to place for my kids. So disappointing and embarrassing to say the least.

The staff working there are rude and VERY unprofessional. I see they are young and have a-lot of maturing to do. This location is organized but I would rather drive to another OUAC where my presence and money is appreciated. Please get these young ladies training on customer service ASAP! They all stand behind the counter and ignore you. When a question is asked they seemed so bothered by it. The music is super loud so you have to yell over it. I’m sure there are other young people who would love the opportunity to work with the public and put a smile on..even a fake one would suffice. Please act like the people walking in are not a bother to your day. Word of mouth travels and I wish I would have read the prior reviews before entering this location.
