Who ever is pricing stuff here has no idea what they're doing. They sure do like the price of $49.99 because it's on most items. Before they moved to this location they were one of the best thrift stores in town. Now it's just overpriced. Also parking sucks

The best way to describe this place is to say that it’s a mix of a thrift store & an overpriced antique store.

Whoever is pricing items here needs to get a reality check… sometimes after an furniture item listed for $500+ doesn’t sell, it’s lowered, which is nice, but given that the shop is getting these items donated (aka for free), this is still ridiculous.

Thankfully small items are still $1-$10 usually which is somewhat normal for a thrift store. But before coming, keep in mind that you will see random glass bowls and pots for around $50!! Not to mention the nice (but extremely pricey ~$500) tables, chairs, and other things of that nature.

As for payment, if paying with a credit or debit card, make sure you have some identification on you!! Or else they will not accept.

PSA to my fellow preschool teachers: don’t bother asking about the 10% teacher discount unless you want to be humiliated in front of a line of people. When I asked about it I was told that I wasn’t a real teacher. So for all my fellow fake teachers out there, don’t even bother!

The staff is very friendly, and they are always happy for the donations they are given. Much different than many of the organizations in the area. Furthermore, the goods that they carry tend to be of a higher quality than many of the other thrift locations.

I've tried to support the thrift shop since my children were in school there - for 30 years or so - but am done. The hours seem to change constantly and when I stopped by today it said donations were only accepted 9-12 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. However, the website says they're closed Monday and Tuesday. What does that mean? Donations are accepted but the main store is closed? The website should have more accurate information. I ended up going to my local Goodwill drop off site where a very nice man seemed happy to see me and accept my donations unlike the rather surly woman at Old Mission Thrift the last time I dropped off items.

Everything is way overpriced compared to other local thrift stores, including Goodwill. Seems to be more like antique store prices. They were asking 24 dollars for a well used jacket, and it was in a section called, "Better clothes". The few times I have reluctantly gone here, they have the same items on the shelves at the same outrageous prices. I thought this was a Catholic Non profit thrift store.
