I recently purchased a 2025 MINI Countryman from this dealer, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I deeply regret this purchase and would caution others against buying any 2025 MINI; As this is the first year of the new generation, the vehicle has been plagued with persistent issues. The most significant problems involve the infotainment system, which frequently experiences screen blackouts, navigation audio failures, and various glitches. When I sought assistance, the dealership offered no real solution to my problems and I couldn’t get hold of the manager. These ongoing issues have left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.

Another significant concern arose when I discovered that MINI had switched from run-flat tires to standard tires without providing a spare. During the purchase, I was only informed that the car lacked a spare tire, which I assumed meant it used run-flats as MINI had traditionally done for safety reasons. However, it turned out that they had switched to normal tires without communicating this change or even providing a spare tire. This lack of transparency is disappointing.

Collin, the internet sales manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini I purchased. He knew everything about the car and was very laid back in his sales approach and let the car sell itself. He is genuinely interested in cars. Stanley, the finance manager was also very helpful and didn’t push the upsell items that all dealerships try to push. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend Collin and Mini DTLA.

Beautiful experience, I was getting my car serviced and I walked over to mini to check them out. The manager Mav so nice he's is super sweet and kind. The sales Paul super cool and down to earth. They pulled all strings to make sure I got the car I wanted. Luckily it was on the lot and I was able to drive off in my new countryman. I'm super happy 5th lease with this dealer and they never stop surprising me. I can't forget Cole who got my apps and car ready to go. Awesome experience and I hope to keep coming back in the future. Thank you! It is a super fun car to drive by the way.
