Just wanted to share my experience with Miguel lopez as my realtor. From the beginning of our introduction Miguel was courteous and prompt. I had never worked with Miguel before our first meeting but he presented himself and professional, prompt, and reliable.

My working relationship with Miguel grew throughout the month and a half that I had worked with him. I was able to effectively communicate my priorities with him in regards to what I was looking for when selecting a home. I also felt that I could text or call Miguel at any time and could count on him for direct and straightforward answers.

Throughout the time I had spent with him I felt all my housing needs were met and I was able to purchase a beautiful home with little to no fuss.

He arranged a condensed day of viewing after our wishlist became sufficiently clear, and gave us a lot of useful local knowledge. Afterwards, he made sure the deal concluded, even offering finacial incentives to drive progress. He guided us through the process of signing offers online and arranged a closing at our home. Overall, the work took more than 6 months, he always offered discreet advice and help.
