Went through Drive Thru at 115pm ordered Cheeseburger xtra onion small fry drink. Opened cheeseburger and of course had NO ONIONS. Tired of letting incorrect food orders go with economy and prices cannot let it go by. I take it back inside where I had the PLEASURE MANAGER STEPHANIE, She took the same cheeseburger that I brought back in and as u can see added picture added an astronomic amount of onions to it. Which I thought since Covid they have to make them fresh. Right Then she wants blame the other employee that took the burger to her say she told her just to add to the one that was made. Then she said I cursed at her which was a complete lie when u have 3 witnesses that I'm sure would agree that she was not saying the truth. GET BETTER MANAGERS MCDONALD S ONES THAT DO NOT LIE.

Every time my family and I have gone to this location we have our orders messed up (food wise) there are only two employees there that have been excellent to us. The main manger Sonny, is an absolute unprofessional and disrespectful person. There was a time our ICED coffees were warm and had been watered down, when we went through and politely asked if they could remake them, he threw a fit throwing his hands in the air and easing his voice at us. They always seem to get rude with you and make you feel as though you’re lying about them messing up your order. NEVER AGAIN.

Placed my order using the app. It was cooked correctly and everything was there. Got a sausage biscuit and an iced coffee. They were exactly what you expect to get at a McDonald's location. The only problem is the drive-thru moves really slow during peak times at this particular location. I mean really slow. Outside of peak hours you can zip through pretty quickly.

Friendly service and I ordered eat in. Food was hot and fresh! Manager was present and really doing a great job! They set a high bar and have that place run like a tight ship! I will eat here again!! Thank you!

Went through the drive through 3 TIMES only to get ignored, after I called and made sure they were open first. The girl said the drive thru was open. Mind you this was before 3am. When I pulled up to order, they refused to answer each time. So I pulled up to BOTH windows after the 3rd time, pretty positive someone saw me but still no response. Lol. I rarely ever eat fast food but man I just wanted a mf burger and sprite after a long a** day and couldn't because the staff just didn't want to serve anyone I guess. Y'all keep up the great work. ?

Don't use the app unless you like saving money. After missing quarterly earnings for the first time in a long time, McDonald's has started a fast food price war that has decreased consumer costs for nearly all fast food. Now, everyone can save money on high calorie low nutrition food unless they're too dumb or lazy to use the app

Drive thru order was very challenging. Person taking order was told value meal order 5x and got it wrong 4x. Upon receiving food the next person thought it would be funny to joke and tell a special needs kid the ice cream machine was broken, not funny. When we got the food it was wrong and items missing. The Mcflurry didn't come with spoon either. Which it always does. Had to go back inside and stood there for 5 min before I had to ask for help with 30 workers working. Unacceptable.

Made my order via the drive thru got my food and started to leave. Then I noticed I was missing some food. So I went inside to get it fixed. I told the cashier what was missing and the drive thru girl goes oh yeah those are his. Pointing at a bag as the other cashier gave them to me. I get outside to the truck then opened the bag to reverify and found they gave me someone else's order that had nuggets. As I looked up they locked the door.
