We moved from Virginia to Henderson back in 2022 and decided to rent 1st and then take our time shopping around to purchase.
A friend recommended Kristin, so we asked her to help find a rental. She spent several days with us looking at rentals and even when we located one Kristin stepped in and help negotiate the rental contract.
When it came time to purchase, we again ask Kristin because if she was that good in working with us to find a rental, we figured she has to be really good with a purchase.
Great Great decision on our part. Not only was Kristin as good as we hoped, but she beat out all of our expectations.
Now this wasn't our 1st purchase and this wasn't our 1st time working with a realtor, but as long as we are in NV it will be the last realtor because there probably isn't a better one in this town. Kristin will always be our 1st choice!!!
