This thrift store supports Hospice of Palm Beach County. Proceeds go to Trustbridge, a non profit that was formed in 2008. It offers different therapy programs and end of life care. They help a patient cover what Medicaid and insurance won't. They also have a resale shop in West Palm Beach and one in Boca Raton which I visited and also liked.

I was surprised at how large this store was. There were three rooms filled with furniture, art, lamps, collectibles, clothing, books, movies, small appliances, and accessories. I even saw Tiffany jewelry complete with that iconic blue bag. Everything was in very nice condition and I felt that prices were reasonable. I believe I heard a lady say they offer an additional senior discount on Fridays. If you have a favorite thrift store it really pays to ask about additional discount days because many stores have them.

The thrift stores operated by Hospice are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 5. They accept donations up until 3 on those days. There was so much to look at here. I ended up getting a couple of inexpensive puzzles for my camp kids. Hopefully the pieces are all there. We are going for old school fun this summer. I honestly don't understand the low stars for this shop. It is definitely worth a visit and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I have made this request to one reseller after another. For some reason, few of them ever yield. PLEASE STOP using Avery FILE LABELS on the front of fragile, aged, ornate, hand painted, gilded textiles of ANY kind! The purpose and high quality of these labels and stickers are intended for file rooms in law firms and other businesses that require years long storage of files that are constantly pulled for viewing and replaced accordingly. Repetitively over the course of innumerable months or years. That’s a lot of fingertips doing the walking. They are built to hold up to the punishment i.e. they were formulated to STICK!

You don’t put stickers like this on items like these. We buy them at deep discounts, sure. But, does that have to be any reason to defile the finer things? It’s not rocket science. You don’t put stickers on Made In Japan bone China that’s painted and enameled in such a way. Try looking for “removable” labels, that stick as needed, but lift off without damaging the item to which it’s applied. And by all means - put the price tag on the back! This goes for picture frames, too.

I recently discovered this store, and it quickly became my go-to for clothing shopping. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the employees. They took the time to explain the discounts they had available and even gave me a tour of the store. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and I didn't witness any mistreatment or rudeness towards any customers. I got many compliments on my makeup which really made my week. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The Manager is flipping rude !!!!! Her name starts with a P and she has an Island voice. She needs to get fired - or I will stop donating. Period . love the volunteers on the floor - they are wonderful.

I have donated numerous items here for over 20 years, ie: clothing, sleeper sofa, leather platform bedroom set, dining table, etc. I've bought fabulous items here too. However, a female employee and the female manager were rude to me and spoke to me in a harsh tone. I now donate elsewhere.
