Recognition needs to be given for the good, the bad, and the ugly. I was privileged to work with Dev this past weekend while choosing my daughter's class ring. Dev was beyond patient, considering my teenage daughter was having a moment. We left and returned 30 minutes later to make minor adjustments to the ring. Although Dev assured me that all necessary changes were made, I still had doubts. First thing Monday morning, I contacted customer service and was again fortunate to receive outstanding service from Brayan Martinez. Mr. Martinez took the time to review the changes and sent me an updated invoice via email. Furthermore, he continued to address my concerns via email without hesitation or sounds of frustration. Nowadays, this speaks volumes. I thank you both for such excellent customer service and your patience. This business should be proud to have two outstanding individuals working for them. Once again, this is challenging to find nowadays.
