Most cashiers here round up your purchase without asking first. This is STEALING. This organization operates as a for-profit and everything you give them doesn't benefit anyone but their pockets and their tax write-offs. Check out the CEOs salaries! But it's another thing entirely to do it to customers WITHOUT ASKING. It's disgusting and dishonest.

The selection has always been pretty good because of the location, but the prices soared so much in recent months. The cheapest book used to be 0.99 and is now 3.99. Donations are often closed because they are overstocked and the inside of the store is in chaos. There is no public bathroom and the changing rooms have been closed since COVID. The store is often surrounded by homeless camps on all four sides.
However, the managers are typically very nice and friendly and the store is air conditioned and smells fresh.

I work at another location I really enjoy my store location in Pasadena California and the customers. Everything here is first come first serve. Fresh selections of items on sales floor and clothing racks daily. Come in you never know what you will find.

Donation Center drop off hours vary I RECOMMEND CALLING THE STORE BEFORE MAKING A TRIP TO DONATE. ( IF DONATION CENTER IS CLOSED IT IS BECAUSE WAREHOUSE IS FULL AND OR WAITING FOR ? TRUCK IN THE MORNING .

Waste of time. I collected some things I wanted to try on only to find that they don’t allow use of the several fitting rooms located around the store.

I asked if they do returns, and the guy said “no, only exchanges” which is an asinine policy.

I left with nothing and won’t be back.

Great selections of used items. Got some nice porcelain wares from Limoge (France) for $5.99. Made of 24k gold?. Some areas are super cluttered especially at the back part of the store. This store needs an exhause to circulate the air inside. You can smell the used clothing. Staffs are helpful. Great selection of used clothing. Turntable vinyl records are plenty. Dvds occupy a big side of the store. I like the book section at this store. Restroom is available. Parking may be limited during pick hours. Customers do contribute to the clutter.

Sin duda la mejor tienda para ahorrar.

En lo personal esta es una de mis tiendas favoritas, si buscas bien puedes encontrar desde gorras Supreme en $7.99 a Aires acondicionados portátiles en $59.99 dólares. Cada semana acudo una ves y siempre termino comprando un promedio de 3 cosas, encuentro ropa, utensilios del hogar, tenis, etc. A precios muy bajos, sin duda la mejor tienda de goodwills que eh visitado es esta.

What a totally depressing store. Clothes are strewn about the floor along with hangers. Men's and women's clothes are mixed in each other's sections. Clothes are not separated by size either. I used to shop at this location 20 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood. It us really a sad store. So bleak and dark. Will not visit here again.
