The store was neat and clean. The woman I asked for help was very friendly. I thought the prices, overall, were high for a thrift store. While the racks look neat, it's very difficult to find items because they are not sorted by size. It's not too bad with the blouses because you can at least move them on the rack. It was much harder in the jeans section .There were hundreds of pairs of jeans wedged on racks. It was virtually impossible to look through them to find sizes because you couldn't move them and they weren't even sorted small, medium, and large. You might pull out one pair that would be a size zero and the next pair would be a 16w. Then you face the daunting task of trying to get the jeans back onto the rack . My suggestion would be put fewer jeans out and have at least rudimentary sorting of sizes.

My husband and I went to drop off a donation at this location on Saturday December 28th in the afternoon. The worker receiving the donations was absolutely rude to us asking very aggressively "what do you have in that bag" and then snatching it from our hands and aggressively looking in it. A terribly rude encounter. He was so unpleasant we decided never to donate to this center again. You would think Goodwill would hire and train employees to be kind to those donating to this center - especially since they profit off of these donations! If this is the treatment we will be receiving, we will donate our unwanted items elsewhere.

A reliable business to drop off gently used clothes and other items, and always a fun place to find the odd book, shirt, or seasonal surprise. I’ve picked up clean copies of good paperbacks, a unicorn head/mask for Halloween week, a Star Trek the Next Generation cup (made in the USA ©️1994), and little presents for kids. Funny and pleasing staff who bring a smile. Ample parking.

The employees here are very ill-mannered. Especially the ladies. I had a sweet gentleman helping me out and he went to ask 2 other ladies for further assistance and they were SO rude to him. A young lady with a mask on said to him “you’ve been working here how long now and why are you asking me that” I can’t believe they were treating him like that right in front of my face. His name is Anthony and he was extremely helpful and just sweet it hurt my heart to hear them speak to him in such a degrading manner. Do better as human beings please, customer service is not their strong point at all. Won’t be coming back to this location it was my first time and the worst experience.

i understand that most items at goodwill have a flat price based on category, but really? these target bedsheets clearly sold for $4.98 retail clearance, but not only did goodwill sell it for $4.99, they also clearly intentionally tried to hide it by placing their price sticker over the original target one.

This was the nicest good will I have been too. Very clean, organized. Nice employees. They have some very nice items. I thought the prices were fair.
