Ive been shopping at this goodwill for years, the past few months the prices are outrageous!!! Some things can be found cheaper brand new at another store. I will no longer donate any items here, I rather give it away at facebookmarket place. Also the staff is very rude. I saw a book for $15!! Yes $15, and its $4.88 on ebay. I showed to an employee because I thought there was a mistake. She rudely answer: "I dont give a damn how much it is on ebay"

Generally nice associates though mostly lack the ability to speak English(most of them). Prices are ALWAYS cheap and have a new selection of items every single day. Always kept clean and pleasant.

I would leave zero stars if I could! I've been going to this goodwil for some time now and donate constantly. The prices here are outrageous as it seems that the managers manipulate the prices to satisfy their own greed. The employees keep the best stuff in the back for themselves and whatever they sell is overpriced so that they have an excuse to keep it for free. I'm never donating here again nor will I buy anymore from them!

During my recent visits to your store, I have observed what seems to be irregularities in the conduct of some staff members, including both managerial personnel and employees. It has come to my attention that certain individuals within your team may be engaging in practices that compromise the integrity of this Goodwill store.

Specifically, there are indications that some staff members are allegedly keeping premium merchandise for personal use, withholding it from public sale. Furthermore, there are concerns about potential price manipulation, where certain items may be unfairly priced or adjusted in a manner inconsistent with standard retail practices.

I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to ensure that Skylake store continues to be a reputable and trustworthy establishment.

Best place. Best selling. But, I would give Three stars because some workers are racist. Today, my 2 daughters and I were in the toy section. My oldest daughter was playing with a toy until one of the workers said "no" as if my daughter was stupid. But everyone else was playing with the toys. Please talk about this to your workers. Thank you ?
