I liked coming here.. I don't know what happened, I guess they have a new manager.

Everything in the store has been changed around and I hate it. It looks horrible, some isles are tight with columns blocking the way for your cart.

The last few times I have came the new manager is always moving around metal display shelves while items are on them.

He dropped a glass item and it broke doing this.

The screeching from the display shelves being pushed on the floor was painful to my ears, and caused me a headache.

The prices were also raised by 2, 4 even 5 dollars on different items.

Please bring back the old manager or whoever was running things, because the store used to be peaceful and nice, now it is not enjoyable at all.

I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time and recently they’ve changed the manager of the store with the manager of the Palmetto Bay location. I have never seen anything like what is happening in this store, I understand the change was made in order to fix some past problems the store was having, but it has made the situation worse. Not only has the manager changed the way the entire store looks, now everything looks messy and dirty. The manager has no customer service, he refuses to say “hello” or “Goodmorning”. I’ve also noticed the racism he has towards customers, if a Hispanic woman walks in, he stays silent and would rather roll his eyes at them, but if a white woman walks in he instantly has a smile and is saying “Goodmorning!” or “Have a good day”. This change has not only impacted the customers but also the employees, I’m sure that if you sent someone from corporate to get a statement on the new manager of this store, the employees would tell you how difficult he has made if for them, that he has overworked them and that they feel underrepresented. I know the ladies that work there and they feel like they can’t say hello to anyone who walks into the store, they feel like they have to be quiet, they feel like any little thing could get them fired. And this is just the beginning to the list of problems this manager has created, I’ve stopped coming to this store that I used to love coming to because the prices have gone up, I used to buy shoes for 8 to 7 dollars but now a pair of Nike shoes that are all worn out cost 45 dollars. And he has applied the pricing to jackets, shoes, and bags. 25 dollar bags and 50 dollars for a winter jacket is just unaffordable. How do you expect low income people to come buy their kids jackets when the prices are so high, and a parent who needs shoes for their kids to go back to school isn’t trying to pay 30 or 40 dollars for shoes when they walk into goodwill. I know that this manager hasn’t been there for very long but if he stays, slowly everyone including the employees will leave. Know that the sales haven’t been the same ever since he started pricing everything so high, I’ve seen it first hand how the same pair of shoes will be there for days. #happyholidays

This store doesn't deserve not even a star. Is the worst ? experience I have ever had. The employees gossiping about the life and about customer that goes there to shop. They have no dignity or respect for the customer that goes shopping. They talk in Spanish thinking that people don't understand them. They insult the customer. All the employees need to be replace and this has been going on for a while. They should also replace the store manager. That person is not doing a very good job on discipline the employees. If this review doesn't get to the person that could handle this case. We'll I guess it's time to call the corporate office and demand this situation to get fixed.

I recently visited Goodwill and had a very disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the employees. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive attitudes. When I asked for assistance, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I hope Goodwill addresses these issues and provides better customer service in the future and if I could give zero stars I would.

Yo soy clienta fija y me encanta venir al godwill por la organización y el trato que me dan los empleados pero últimamente los precios están muy altos hoy mismo mi esposo fue a comprar un par de tenis y estaban sucios y costaban 30 pesos ni en el aule ni en Ross están tan caros no entiendo porque esto es una tienda de donación pero últimamente están muy caras las cosas

Es una excelente tienda donde se consiguen productos de muy buena calidad a buenos precios. Es un lugar muy limpio, y hay muy buena atención. Nos encanta ir a comprar allí, siempre vamos mi familia y yo, lo recomendamos.

Es un lugar que te roban a la clara hice con mi hijo un experimento a ver varias quejas de persona que compraron aquí y las devolución se la ponen imposibles y fui y lo comprobé en verdad te roban , no hay forma posible que devuelvas algo si ya lo sacaste de la tienda. Yo en verdad no recomiendo esto para nada.

I stopped by to look for a few things for a themed party. In my opinion the prices are a it high for some items but overall decent. I do have to say it is by far the cleanest and most organized thrift store. The bathrooms were very clean which is hard to find now a days and the fitting rooms well kept. The staff seems very friendly and helpful. I had to ask the manager a few questions about returns and exchanges and she was very helpful and patient. Will definitely recommend this store.
