Prices are kind of high. Lots of selection here. Clothes are marked really well and fairly well organized. There's a color of the week. Lots of costumes here.

My daughter went a few minutes ago looking for winter clothing for my grandchildren ages 11 and 14 she asks a male employee and he pretends not to know English and he asks another employee for sport leggings. My daughter says it’s not sports leggings is warm clothes for her children and the female employee with long braids states to her to go on the children’s isle and go look because they’re not a department store. And very rudely leaves her side to go to the back my daughter says that’s no way to treat a customer because customer service for her is important and the lady asked the male employee and he translated everything when he pretended to not know English at all. My daughter left without getting anything and very angry. Goodwill is supposed to help not to have rude employees.

The prices are ridiculous, they items are donated so they are taking advantage of people. Was looking for a sleeping bag for a homeless person. The bag had holes and no way to zip it for $15
Suitcases that are in the same condition are $25-$30
The Orlando Rescue Union is far better. They actually give things to people in need. It's not about making money. I will not be returning to any Goodwill

This store should be absolutely ashamed of the sky high prices. Went today (10/12) on a Wednesday and the store is PACKED with inventory. Saw very few items in carts for customers. I ended up abandoning my cart since I couldn’t justify spending $12 on a basic button shirt and a basic pair of shorts. Absolutely INSANE pricing. 1 star.

Malísima atención del la manager no le recomiendo este lugar a nadie es mejor pedir ayuda de un perro que de la manager del lugar pésima atención y lagar muy sucio y cochino y los baños un basurero

I love this goodwill. The other day there was only one cashier on registers (Carmen) with a line and answering phones and showing the merchandise behind the counter. Even though she was by herself she was super kind and working quickly. She got me checked out with a smile on my face. Thank you Carmen!

I have never been embarrassed or humiliated in my tired life whole. I came this morning to buy some work boots for my husband. He was so happy he found one that was very comfy and lovely. Today was half price in the green tag when we got To the cashier, the manager. She must be the manager because she raises her voice and stops a transaction to check out a customer. She screamed and continued yelling at us that it wasn't the price. Someone put the wrong tag. I asked her how we should know her, so to make a long story short, we ended up buying the working bits for $20 my thing is, why do a huge show and get so disrespectful at a customer? First, I donated so much here that I was so embarrassed I paid for more items and left. The last time I donated or stepped foot in this store, smh. I hope she sees this review. Her name is Angela Hamer, and she is Hispanic. I wish I could give a negative start

It's crazy to think 90 percent of the shoes behind the counter are 100 percent fake and they are charging over $100.. employees and managers.. you don't get what the ceo gets. You get salary pay. Meaning it don't matter how high you price things you'll never make that money. So do that community a favor and price things accordingly. I bet the store make much more money this way. You guys get tons of donations. There is zero reasoning for the high pricing and selling replicas for over $100 should be illegal
