Purchased a certified pre owned CT5-V earlier in the week from Randy. I had a ton of anxiety about purchasing a vehicle but Randy did everything he could to put me at ease and make the transaction as smooth as possible. My wife took our vehicle in because we were informed by this location that it needed to be repaired. At the last minute while waiting for approximately three hours, she was informed that the vehicle would not be ready today. She called me at work because she was upset. We live in Hudson, which is about a hour and a half away. I don’t know what the issue was and I understand that things happen, but if it was a part issue, the part should’ve been ordered and at the shop I immediately called the service manager, and he informed me not to be upset and not to worry that they would rent a car for my wife to get home. Thank God for Plan B.
