I believe that its the work that he does. Not his bedside manners. He was very specific with what was to be done, expected etc. office staff was whatever. The back secretary Maria, was awesome.Took he time to schedule my appointments and no issues. Only thing negative on my part was that I did not receive any follow up call, or what to do after my surgery.

Very poor bedside manner by dr. Forage and his staff is even worse. It is disheartening to walk in and see spine and neck patients sitting on the floor for 3 plus hours because the waiting room is packed. We understand that he is a surgeon, but he and his staff also needs to have accountability. The staff was extremely rude encouraging people to leave while threatening they wouldn't be able to reschedule for over a month. He is our workman's comp second opinion, which is a joke. He is holding my husband and his recovery back. Three other doctors are on the same page where dr. Forage is way out in left field. He didn't even reference my husband's injury correctly or the side of his body correctly in his report. Shame on him. I only marked one star, because that was the lowest option.... our appointment was at 1:30pm it is now 4:10pm and we are in a room listening to the staff bad mouthing and making jokes about the patients

Literally saved my life. Sure, he might not have "bedside manners", but his colleagues say he is one of the best and even deferred to his expertise over their own on the assessment of the situation. This was for a brain surgery back in 2016, when I had a cavernous malformation that everyone thought was a high-grade glioma, except for Forage.

So, you can be comfortable and dying, or you can be temporarily offended and alive and healthy. Up to you. Really, his only crime is that he is blunt on what is going to be happening.

I just had surgery done by Dr forage. Have had nothing but a great experience with Dr forage and his PA MATT., u don’t see alot of Dr forage, but his PA MATT is his right hand man. Dr forage is there for all the major stuff. All in all while staff has been wonderful

They cancelled my appointment for today for 11:45am with no prior notice, I called them back to reschedule and it just throws me into voicemail with no call back. I also have experience with him 4 years ago for consultation, we have waited for an hour and he showed just to tell to be back after a year without any explanation. Very unprofessional. If there’s an option for zero star would use it.

His office staff is horrible. Repeatedly call and no return calls until days later. Seen this doctor once. Never again. His PA does not look at you, sits at the computer shaking his leg on the chair. Disgusting service and never seen the surgeon even after surgery or for any follow ups. Would not recommend. Still having major issues after 5 weeks for a laminectomy ?

My experience with Dr. Forage was horrifying. Although my scheduled appointment was Friday at 1 pm, I arrived at 12:50 PM and waited until 2:30 with no sign of him. Opting to reschedule, I found availability the next day at the same time. Upon my second attempt, I waited until 2:30 again before Dr. Forage appeared, seemingly unaware of our prior meeting three weeks ago. He was unprepared to discuss the three MRI scans and unfortunately conveyed a lack of concern regarding my neuropathy. He said he couldn’t help me. His demeanor suggested a disregard for patient well-being, coupled with an inflated ego and poor listening skills. Overall, my dissatisfaction with this experience is palpable.

I would be greatly concerned for anyone who may need help from this doctor! He left multiple times from the room to answer phone calls, texting during my appointment. He was also not informed on medical terminology and stated he doesn’t deal with “that kind of stuff” he only does surgeries! Also was very concerned if he was under the influence of anything. This appointment was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
