My wait time to see the doctor was a little longer than normal, almost an hour, but understandable. He didn’t offer any information on my lab work. Had to ask him to review my blood results with me. Also, had to inquire about my dexascan. I asked if I could get the information to sign up for the information on line. The staff member told me she emailed the information to me. Checked 3 times before leaving the office. Told her I never received it;, and still haven’t. Not one of my better visits.

Seen Kevin Springer again today at this office. He is a wonderful physician and one of the best we’ve met in the medical field. Kevin Springer has excellent communication and bedside manner unlike many physicians now days. He is caring, thorough and straightforward. I highly recommend him. His office staff is wonderful especially a gal named Lisa. Thank you both to making my dear friend feel valued as we journey her illness.

I thought this would be a zoom appointment. It was completely by telephone and thus lost the element of face to face human contact. I was able to get answers to both of my questions I had, and on that basis the appointment did accomplish its primary purpose.

Arrived on time to the office and was greeted cheerfully by office staff. I was called back after only a five minute wait and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, I didn’t have any issues the doctor needed to take care of other than refills. Very fast…

The front desk staff were awesome. The assistant that took my blood pressure was very helpful. Dr Gothelf is the best in town. Have been goin to him for 25 years and he is the best!
