I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i own a bomber and a tshirt from there and i wear them on a daily basis. Love them and can't wait to get more!!! People with the bad reviews are totally wrong. Their customer service was great, and the quality of their clothes are too!!

I found out about this place through the Melrose Trading Post last Sunday, the clothes are phenomenal there is no doubt. BUT beware, this store only sells whole sale. That means they can't sell you an individual item only packages of 6 (3 small, 2 medium and 1 large ) in the same style and model. I didn't know this walking in and the two people up front looked at me like I was asking if I could piss on their floor when I wanted to try one of the dresses on. The customer service was kurt and not rude but very indifferent and unwilling to help you out. I wish this place was an actual boutique because I would have bought the whole place out.

One of the worst clothing vendors Ive had the displeasure of working with, and that's in nearly a decade of being in business. I called to follow up on a pre-order and I was informed that my order was SKIPPED because I had "call before ship" listed on my account. Seriously I work with dozens of fast fashion vendors and every single one will hold the merchandise at least for a short period of time once it comes in stock. This practice is horrendously bad customer service.

Worst yet this is the SECOND time in a row that they've "sold out" of merchandise before fulfilling my pre-order, and they never bother to notify me that it happens. And Ive been sitting here waiting for that item, I've called and followed up with them multiple times before the item came in stock. If pre-orders mean so little to this vendor then they need to stop taking them.

Almost every time Ive placed orders with them there's a problem. They would ship merchandise that was meant to be held, or they would ignore support emails. I'm done. I won't be purchasing their merchandise for my store, and I'll be letting my clients know to avoid doing business with this merchant.
