Worth a visit, set up well, and fair pricing for what they carry. I prefer the brands/employees in boulder..but that is just my preference and potentially just due to location. Lost a star due to the older, shorter lady who typically is in charge of the fitting rooms. Always seems aggravated and unpleasant. Overall great store that you should check out.

I was in here for a good 1-1.5 hours shopping and trying on clothes. They have a decent selection of curated pieces. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of brands and finding some of my favorites.

However:

The layout made no sense. Sizing on most racks were all over the place. You need time to stand at a rack and go through each piece one by one to find things your size. Only select racks had any sort of sizing organization. Really didn’t enjoy that.

Workers would act like i’m in THEIR way as they were putting up clothes. I’m the one spending money here…

I found brands like Zara on the rack. If I wanted Zara I’d go to Goodwill. This cheapens the store significantly.

They have some cute finds but the store is very hard to navigate. I understand wanting things organized by color so it’s aesthetically pleasing but it makes it very hard to find items in your size, or certain types of items. Especially if you aren’t a small or medium. I would hope they would prioritize ease of shipping over it looking aesthetically pleasing. I’ll probably go back but will plan to spend more time there as it takes forever to look through every rack. Maybe it’s a way of getting people to find more items. But honestly it’s exhausting and the shop is set up in a very confusing way.

I recently visited this store with my daughter and found the employees rude and indifferent. I spent approx 45 minutes in the store and was never offered any type of assistance, although others were. The only assistance I received was they were all too happy to take my money. Would have spent a ton more money while there, but their indifference was unsettling. Will
never visit again. Ladies….I suggest you stop sizing people up and offer everyone the same level of customer service. Y’all failed miserably. I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero stars, which is what they deserve.

I have been shopping at this amazing boutique for years. Not only do I love the designer clothes but the staff is amazing and so helpful! I also love how it is environmental because you are buying gently worn clothes. Besides women’s clothes, they have jewelry, sunglasses, purses, hats, shoes, and workout clothes.
