I want to like Clothes Circuit more than I do. Heed warning to the most recent reviews about change of ownership and rude staff, because they are correct. They do have a great selection of mid-tier to designer clothing (think Alice + Olivia, Veronica Beard, Ganni, etc), but their prices are extremely high for resale. The day I went recently, I asked if I could put two dresses on hold (just for 24 hours), the man behind the counter (Scott) didn't even look at me or give me a smile and said "I can do 1 hour holds." His tone was so stark, rude and lifeless that I said forget it and walked out. I'll certainly be hesitant to return back.

I have shopped this store for 20 years and have bought great quality items for a fair price. I have three trips coming - Apen, Paris and a Beach wedding. I planned to do a big haul shopping here for my trips but after reading the recent reviews from other formally loyal shoppers, I'm definitely not going to waste my time. I have no interest in what others are calling Retail priced thrift store type clothes. I'll just go to the other clotheshorse anonymous. I sell my clothes to them and they are very picky and brand consciousness of what they accept. ? So sad to hear this place is on the decline since it's been a Dallas staple store. Oh well, another one bites the dust.

I love a great bargain, especially when it comes to Chanel! Or Prada! This store resale’s those brands but also Kate Spade, Michael Korrs and less famous brands, which means great style for less. UPDATE: Returned yesterday. Found a GREAT DEAL on a handbag & a couple of scarves. While looking through the designer jackets, ( after the store had closed) (kept trying to leave but this 1 jacket kept calling me back!) THEN I almost pulled the entire display over & broke the nice clothes hanger! It was a tangled mess! The employees could not have been nicer! By this time it was 20 mins after closing. I embarrassedly mumbled that I would come back the next day to purchase. They all jumped in & said, of course not! Go ahead now! It’s not a big deal! So...I got my “new” jacket w/o a trip back! Can’t ask for better service!!

Read a review on instagram about how they don’t even acknowledge their customers and are very rude. You deserve this review. Lots of others think the same so it makes sense.

I have been shopping at this store since 2010. I used to love it! Very well stocked with lots of excellent brands, leather jackets, pants, beautiful furs, whatnot. For the past two years I have been going back every change of season, and what a dissapointment! Now Clothes Circuit is what I would call an "expensive thrift store". I have not been able to buy one single piece. It is so sad!
I learned today that there was a change of ownership and now everything makes sense.

My mother is obsessed with designer handbags and she loves finding a “good deals”. Clothes Circuit offers both! The inventory is high quality and staff is AMAZING. We will definitely be coming back!!

I have been shopping at this store for 20 years or better however my recent shopping experience was very disturbing. There is an older white man that works there and he was the one that checked me out with my purchase, I asked if he could put my dress on a hanger and he did but just threw the dress on the hanger and the dress was twisted up on the hanger, didn't give me my receipt, didn't provide a bag for the dress then just walked away from the counter. He is obviously racist because this wasn't my
first run in with this guy because I shop here alpt. I feel like if this continues to happen I will stop shopping at this store.
