Alex and Ana are running this with pride. Ana's delivering orders out the door while confidently taking orders as well. We customers are patiently waiting, knowing that our orders will be hot and fresh. Alex is hitting drive-thru and keeping us posted on our orders. I hope that management reads this because other fast food places in this area aren't run like this! 5 stars!!

I had not had fried chicken in a long while so I decided to take the 30 minute drive from Anthony, NM to get it at the Church’s on Desert Blvd. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the chicken. It was greasy and dry. It tasted like the oil it was fried in had not been changed in a very long time, almost rancid. I paid just shy of $30 for 8 pieces mixed, 4 biscuits and a large slaw. The biscuits and the slaw were good. The slaw tasted fresh and crispy and the biscuits were good. Needless to say I will not be coming back to pay such a high price for such poor quality food.

First time at this church’s location. The woman in drive through was apparently in a rush and there were no vehicles waiting behind me nor were there any people inside. To top it off, she threw all my food inside the bag, causing all my fries to fall out. Either way, the food was cold and fries taste as if they are days old. Definitely will not be back.

It's the only Churcĥs close by and I've tried to order a few times in the last year. One time I waited, but the other times I just left because they always say it's a 30 to 45 minutes wait. I don't eat out much, but for a "fast food" restaurant it's not acceptable.

They made us wait for our food when ordering through the drive thru and still managed to get our order wrong. They forgot to put sauce for my tenders. They threw in the fries and poppers in the bag which came out on top of everything. This locations is always empty for a reason.

Best church’s chicken in El Paso. Been going here since I was little and the manager runs the place like the navy. Never had a complaint with this location

This particular location on the I-10 was very bad with their service. I place my order in the drive thru, went over it twice, they still got it wrong, had to re-order at the window. They left the coleslaw and mashed potatoes lids open, so when I arrived home my car was a mess. 1 of each side was spread all over, and the bombers were cold. Too pricey for a bad service.

I came in and asked for the family deal with a coupon. The employee said yes, and I also asked for jalapeño poppers, and then a second cashier took over, so I think there was a moment of confusion and they misinformed one another.

I asked for jalapeño poppers, and I instead got jalapeño peppers, so that was disappointing and I also forgot to check before leaving.

So, next time you go, check before stepping out since the employees only know how to mess up your order
