I loved the whole process! It is mostly online and through email notifications! Making it so easy to make buying a car easier! It really does feel like buying a car in 2024!! Thank you so much! The staff was so well trained and responsive and accommodating upon pick up!
Based on others reviews I did take the car to an inspection at my trusted mechanic and it passed! Thank goodness I took care of that before the 7 days was up! I felt very confident keeping the car I originally chose and will buy from Carvana again! Would 100% do it again and plan on it in the future! Thank you so much!

Great experience honestly. Very streamlined and efficient process. Searched all the dealers within an hour plus of me for a clean low mile SRX but to no avail, found exactly what I was searching for through Carvana for a very competitive price, 2-3k less then similiar with more miles then at the dealerships. Brought the car into my mechanic for a complete checkover came back with zero issues. Overall very happy with the entire process.

I had the most wonderful experience with Carvana! I hesitated to purchase a car online but took the leap of faith. I have sold cars to carvana and never had any problems. I bought this time and it wasn't a good experience. First, they try to get you to buy the warranty for your car and add on at the end. Had to call to find this out. I called them several times and got so many different responses regarding my purchase. It didn't seem that everyone is on the same page with questions asked. Plus I did my own financing and my bank had to call them 5 times even after I uploaded everything they needed. They moved my pick up date and never gave me any reason?
When I finally got the car, the pick up location was great, but the car had mechanical issues and they did extend the 7 day return policy because of this. I had to get 2 batteries, alignment and brakes. They don't give you history of maintenance of the car, so I had to change filters, oil and see how fluids were at my expense. If documents are needed for purchase, they send emails that say they're going to cancel your purchase and are very threatening. Plus you don't get the shipping fees back if you return the car. Definitely not a good experience. They really need to work on the customer service.

This was the most fun I have ever had buying a car! Both Catherine and Joshua were fantastic, cordial, most professional, friendly and most of all welcoming. I ran into a bump with the paperwork but Catherine handled it like a wizard and magically I have my "wish upon a star" car. These Carvana advocates deserve the best of everything. Our initial experience was great. Now here we are 3 weeks later, haven't even made a payment yet and the vehicle is in the shop for repairs. There are several issues. We are responsible for the copay on the warranty. We had to rent a vehicle that is not covered until the repairs are approved. So again not even a month into owning this vehicle and it's costing us money. We thought we were buying a quality vehicle. Apparently we were mistaken. I would advise anyone planning on purchasing a vehicle through carvana to think twice.
