This Buffalo Exchange store is quite large, with a wide variety of items to choose from. It’s also popular, so you’ll likely see a lot of shoppers here. However, being in the city makes parking a challenge.
Pros:
Spacious and Well-Stocked: The store has plenty of space and offers a good selection of items.
Convenient Donation Option: If they don’t accept the clothes you’re selling, they provide addresses for donation drop-offs, which is very helpful.
Cons:
Low Buyback Prices: The prices they offer for clothes are much lower compared to other second-hand stores I’ve visited.
Strict Brand Requirements: They only accept branded clothes, and even if your items are in great condition, they won’t take them if they’re not from a recognizable brand.
Overall, I’d recommend this store for shopping rather than selling. It’s a good place to browse and buy, but selling your clothes here might not be worth the effort.

I came with 3 big bags of vintage heat! And they bought it all for a great price/credit! I recommend if you know clothing and resale. I also left with some fire!! Sentimental attachments will get you in your feelings, that’s why I think there are a few bad reviews lol but I suggest pulling up!

Staff is really chill compared to the other locations. Better selection of clothes but definitely gravitates towards younger audience from teens to 30s. Best selection of coats.

Also, don’t come here thinking you’re going to get your money’s worth when selling. You will be lowballed but it’s a thrift store. What did you expect? If you really care about making a profit then go on Ebay.

I echo the sentiments of many of the reviewers here. They are oddly picky when it comes to buying your clothes (I usually get denied with almost any item I bring in), but their assortment doesn’t reflect this pickiness. I walked the store today and couldn’t believe the amount of junk. For instance, if they are directed to accept graphic tees, it seems they’ll accept any graphic tee no matter how ridiculous the graphics or wording/catch-phrase on it. I would suggest they focus less on fads and more on actual wearability and quality. I would also note that when I went over to the fitting rooms, the attendant asked me to hang all my items on the rack so that she could count them.. she stood there watching me struggle to arrange my items / hangers and not once did she offer a helping hand. Just stood there staring. Like, have we lost all concept of helping other humans? That was the cherry on top for me. Customer service also horrible. Won’t be returning to this location.

Don't waste your time. Better to sell clothes on the different sites like Poshmark. You'll make way more. They don't even buy stuff with tags on it here. They say they're looking for certain modern trends but when you shop around, it's all outdated crap. Better second hand stores and not worth selling.

It's a pretty good store with quality and surely great vintage pieces. Will go more after today. I'd say it's definitely worth it. Since you're paying for a vintage item at a low price from what it's actually worth! coming here more often! Staff are nice and friendly and the place is clean

I wont return to this location. They are extremely picky and arent as friendly as previous years. Selling used items at the same price point as it would be brand new is very odd. Also I walked out with itchy throat and nose. If you're sensitive to smells/dust/unclean clothes...this place will get to you.
