Jeremy in sales was amazing and finance even realized my credit is tier 1 and was able to get me a lower rate and with a credit Union. They worked really the best they could with us to get our payment where it needed to be and for that I’m thankful and grateful. I don’t usually like car dealerships and think they all suck and scam but again they did what they could for us and Jeremy was up front from the start which I also really appreciate. The only thing I thought was insane was the 600.00 to have it tinted so I passed on that and went to Turbo Tint. But that isn’t something either of them have control over pricing for.

I’m going to leave my original review up so people know to just double check their paperwork about the warranty Honda has and to make sure to advocate for yourself if it’s something you don’t want. However, after my review I was contacted by Honda to see what they could do about my experience. My mom was the main buyer and so she spoke with them first because I was honestly pretty over the whole thing and didn’t want to hear anymore bs but I did give them a call back so they could hear from the horses mouth everything that happened. Jessica was literally the nicest person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. She was very pleasant and apologetic to both my mom and myself and was willing to do anything to rectify the situation. They were even able to write me a check for the remaining balance of the warranty that we weren’t able to take off (paperwork was too complicated with one of us being out of state.) I wasn’t expecting anything to really come of the remaining balance so I was definitely very happy that they would do that for me. I’m not sure of the managers name but he also came over to say hello and apologize for what I had experienced. Again, people make mistakes and I understand that but doing right by people and fixing your mistakes is how you maintain business and a name/brand and their handling of this definitely changed my mind about this dealership and I will consider them in the future for my service needs and though I won’t forget what happened, Jessica really went the extra mile to make it like it didn’t happen. Thank you guys for actually listening to your customers and doing the right thing. As a teacher on a fixed income, it really does mean a lot that this was fixed. Thank you again!

I had purchased my car from Brandon Honda a couple months ago. The buying process is not what I had a problem with, it is the service department. They are very lazy and unresponsive. I waited a total of 3 hours for an oil change on a not so busy day. The service department conducted a 4 point inspection, an oil change, and was supposed to wash my car. I was told to text a specific phone number for updates and I texted it after one hour and no response. I waited another 30 min and texted and no response. At the 2 and a half hour mark I just walked up and tried to find somebody because nobody was answering the text. The main reason I am upset is because after waiting so long I finally am told my car is done and I go outside to pick it up and it is completely covered in water. The car is dripping wet. After washing a car, part of it is to dry it. I check the rims and they are completely still dusty. I was beyond pissed but I didn’t want to go back inside and spend another second of my day inside this place. Woke up next morning and took a photo of my car and how horrible it looked, there was sand all over it which proves it was not washed, they just threw water on it. I guess they only wash the car correctly the day you purchase the vehicle. They don’t care after that. I have another complimentary oil change with Brandon Honda and warranties but this was such a lack of professionalism that I will be doing all these things myself now. Avoid Brandon Hondas service department.

My first car-buying experience at Brandon Honda was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ivan. As a first-time buyer, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Ivan made everything so easy and stress-free. He’s bilingual, which made communication smooth and comfortable, and he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. Ivan took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and showed me options that fit my lifestyle and budget without any pressure. He guided me through each step, explaining everything clearly so I understood the process and felt confident in my decision. Ivan’s patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude made me feel completely at ease, and I could tell he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choice.

The finance team and manager Jose were also fantastic. They worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible, going over each detail and answering all my questions. They really went above and beyond, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making my first car purchase such a positive experience. I highly recommend Brandon Honda, and especially Ivan, to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

Dec. 20th, 2024: I am updating my 1 star review to a 3-star review in hopes of them making things right. I spoke with Jessica, who called and listened to me express my frustration and offered me reassurance, and worked with Rachel and Justin to offer a solution. I have spoken with Andy in the service department, and they have ordered the parts needed to make certain repairs and to have my concerns addressed. I appreciate this great customer service and look forward to this fix so I may update my review to a 5 star rating. Thank you.

Dec. 15th, 2024: Spending a total of 8+ hrs WAITING 2 weekends in a row on servicing a used vehicle. They sold me a car that has had issues since I bought it just 2 weeks ago. Amazing how the customer service is GREAT when they wanna sell the car and then drop off as soon as you leave the lot. I am beyond irritated and bothered and DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership.

Had a great first experience at Brandon Honda! Kevin was a great salesman to work with. Very personable and kind throughout the whole process. I was intimidated about going to a dealership and was very pleased to work with such a nice guy. Shoutout to Derek in finance as well!
