This is my first BMW and the service I received here is absolutely amazing!!!! The communication from Vince was fabulous and Kaleb was an amazing resource for the loaner car questions that I had. If you don’t come here to have your car serviced you will be missing out on the best service I have ever received from a dealership. This review is coming from someone that has been working on cars and buses for over 30 years, so I may know a little bit about good service for your vehicle.

A first class experience from start to finish. I purchased my first BMW - a 2025 BMW M4 Competition XDrive - from BMW of Schererville and drove from out of state to not only purchase the M4, but also trade in my previous car. The entire process was seamless. Each team member that I worked with - Shujaat S. (Sales Mgr.), Jordan B. (CSA), Nick R. (Finance Mgr.), and Ethan R. (BMW Genius) treated me with the utmost respect and made the process stress-free.

I had the shakes I was so excited and the team did their best to not make me feel like a total clown for being so giddy. I absolutely will be doing business with BMW of Schererville going forward and recommend 100%. Thanks again for the truly excellent experience!

I recently purchased a 2019 X3 from the team at Schererville BMW and it was a good experience all around. I live out of state and did the majority of my discussion ahead of time with Chris and Justin. We agreed on a price that I think was fair for all involved before I made the 2.5 hour drive down to the dealership. I arrived 15 minutes early and Chris was pulling up with my car as I pulled in so we were ready to get the test drive done right away. Ethan helped walk me through the technology features of the car as I was coming from a much older vehicle. He was the previous owner of the vehicle and had some spare parts he was willing to ship to me after the fact. I would not hesitate to make the drive down again for future car purchases.

This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Antonio Soria who got me set up with the exact car and features I was looking for (2025 BMW X5). I ended up purchasing an extended warranty with Nick Remboski. These guys were very professional and did not pressure me at all. 5 Stars! I will continue to do business at BMW of Schererville.

Absolutely impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable the service staff are with making sure I have the best experience and know what needs to be taken care of at the service department or via my BMW app whenever possible. BMW of Schererville, IN is the best!! After contacting about 7-8 dealerships in the Midwest, BMW of Schererville, IN seemed the most interested in working with me. I initially contacted Shujaat, General Manager, who listened to me carefully and then put in in contact with Jeremy, my salesperson. Jeremy went through every detail and placed my order promptly. Jeremy kept in contact with me during the build stage and informed me when it was delivered to the dealership. Jeremy wasn't able to be there that day, but Thore and Ethan went through every detail with me that day and Ethan(BMW Genius) continues to answer any questions I have on it's features. Also, Sue in the Parts Department was very polite when I called and talked with them on a few features. You're welcome to check around at other BMW dealerships, but make sure you take the time to contact BMW of Schererville, IN. They got the job done. (It's Brooklyn Gray, photo color off a little. It's beautiful!)

2 weeks ago I went to BMW Schererville to go look at a car and ended up leaving with a completely different one that I love so much!! Antonio and his team were so helpful and accommodating to my needs as a first time car buyer and was super patient with me throughout the whole process. I could not be happier with the experience and my new car!! Even my mom said she’d be buying her next car from them. Highly recommend to anyone in the market.
