Thank Mr. Marcum who I had a pleasure speaking with not too long ago for his integrity, and sagacity. Taking on Amarillo is not an easy thing to do. Honest charity means hard work, and they get it done.

Decent very organized not much stuff to look at if I’m honest had a fine lady Check up on us every once in a while, which was nice pretty good prices some kind of pricey overall a pretty good experience.

I recently spent four hours of my time volunteering for a college course I am taking at AC with the great staff at Amarillo council of the Blind. Adelle, the Asst. Manager was very knowledgeable on how ABC came to be and also very helpful. Renee' guided me as I started shelving a bin of shoes donated to be sold at low prices.....Rebekkah, a natural born leader, helped me to understand their color coding process, and the quiet yet strong and capable guys were ever present and helpful. This is a great team and I enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know more about the awesome work they do to help our amazing Amarillo Community! Thanks Gang!!!!

The store looks AMAZING now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s really clean and organized and there are a lot of neat cute trinkets and collectibles. Rebecca is the sweetest up there! Super excited to see what the store has coming up!

OK I just tried their store today. Not much there. But, most prices are ok. But I'm really really tired of thrift stores, who get donated items, overpricing name brand items. Look I get it you watch resellers on Facebook. But, a lot of ppl still shop at thrift stores to try and afford clothing, stuff for their kids etc. You are suppose to help those people. Charging $50 for used Nikes in a thrift store is not right. What if a mama was trying to get her kiddo a pair of name brand shoes for school to fit in a bit....and yall have the nerve to charge that much for a donated item. Most all the thrift stores are doing it now. Ut, its not right. That's why goodwill is a ghost town now a days. Because ppl have been coming out about their over pricing for a couple years. I won't donate to a thrift store that price hikes like that. I won't go back into one that does either.

I just love this thrift store more than any others because everyone of the employees are awesome they will go out of there way to help the customers. They also have the best prices in town and are open on Sundays and that to is awesome some people work Monday thru Saturday and off on Sundays.

When I first got to town this was one of my favorite thrift stores . The time or two I came in here I found several things that I liked. Then it got close to Halloween time and I found that their selection of costumes was meager, not in good condition and extremely high-priced. As in the same price as new ones or more. The only time I bought anything was when they had a sale. The same was true at Christmas. They had very few Christmas clothes and what they had was not that cute and very high-priced. Since Christmas I hardly ever stopped by here and hardly ever found anything really good. Some days I stopped by and didn't buy a single item. Not only that but while I won't say that the workers are unfriendly. they certainly weren't experts at customer service. They mostly ignored you and if you try to get their attention to ask a question they never seem to notice. One clerk was on the phone the whole time I was there so I couldn't ask her a question and there have been other times when I felt like I was imposing on someone to ask them how much something was.

Fast forward to the past few months and the situation has improved considerably. I always get a bag or two of stuff, the prices are very reasonable, the clerks are very nice and helpful and it's become one of my more favorite stores to shop at. I hope they keep this up. At some point they changed everything around and their prices dropped considerably and they seem to get in more friendly employees so I enjoy coming in here even if it's not their sale day. The prices are good enough that I don't mind paying full price if I don't make it in one senior day.
