This is a small family owned business (support small business!). We bought two chairs and a bookshelf from here. The chairs were custom made (custom meeting we picked out the fabric and they were made specially for us, but they were the same style as what they had in the store). There was a little snafu with the fabric, unfortunately the place they get the fabric had to mix up and ultimately the fabric they made the chairs was was (close to, but) the wrong color.This was especially disappointing because we had to rent a truck to pick up the chairs which was wasted time and money.

Billy, one of the owners, went above and beyond to correct this error. The fabric we originally selected wasn't available anymore (part of the mix-up which seemed to be the fabric place's fault) so Billy brought the new options to our home to select a new one. Honestly I like the new color better anyway... He had the chairs reupholstered surprisingly quickly and delivered them himself to make up for the mix up.

While initially disappointing, these things happen, but the amazing service, friendly attitude, great quality that Billy and Moti Roma provided more than made up for it. We really love our new furniture. The price was great. We will return again next time we need something.

I was looking for something meaningful and unique to give to my dad this Xmas and luckily I came across this store. My dad has a record player that he likes so much from his old days but he has his records in a box. I found this record cube at a really good price. One of the owners ( Billy ) was really helpful and easy to work with.
Great service over all. I will definitely come back to see more of their furniture selection.

This store is incredible!! I got 3 pieces including this handmade bookcase. The wood is so beautiful and it is the bookcase of my dreams. Everything is such high quality and the most amazing prices. I am going back soon to get a couch. The owners are incredibly nice and thoughtful. I got some day delivery for all 3 pieces. Truly amazing!!

I was looking for a specific piece for my office , after visiting multiple locations , no body was able to help me in building my master piece , Until I stop by MotiRoma Briam and Billy were very patient and professional by taking the measurements of what I was asking . They did an amazing job and they customer service was on point , they really care about my needs. Truly love this spot. A small shop with the best finds and best owners, who are very friendly and helpful. One of the owners, Billy, was very warm and immediately helped me find the piece I'd been eyeing for a while. He also kindly offered a great deal. Overall such a day-brightening experience. Definitely would recommend!!

Such an eclectic and awesome place. Brian custom made a piece for me and even re-made it free of charge when I was the one who had given him the incorrect dimensions. Truly, just the nicest, greatest folks. Why would you buy furniture from a major chain when you can get it custom made? Can't recommend them enough.
