On December 23, I drove from Orlando to Audi of Tampa to purchase my next Audi. I chose Tampa over Orlando because of bad service I received while getting my vehicle serviced. First of all, I like to thank Stephen Barber in sales who walked me through the whole process of purchasing my new Audi, till this day we remain in contact 1/12/23. Next, I would like to thank Benjamin Miles in finance. This sale happened in the beginning of the Christmas holiday, My concern was that my trade-in would not be paid off on time because of the holiday break, And I would be stuck with two car payments. Benjamin stepped in and handled this issue, giving his word and assured me that this will not happen. Benjamin is a man of his word the issue it was handled and all was taken care of. Next, I would like to thank the service department when I purchased the vehicle. It only had one Fob, Stephen ordered a 2nd fob for me from Germany. It arrived within 7 days and set up an expedited service to program the new fob to the car and I was able to experience the service side. My car was in and out within an hour. This is a good example. Purchase, finance and service, working all hand in hand. To keep you in the Audi of Tampa family from beginning to end. This week I picked up the 2024 Audi S5 from Audi Tampa and I could not be happier. First off, the new car is extremely fun to drive, definitely makes a statement, and turns heads. I just want to drive it all day long.

I had a great experience working with Luke A. I have zero experience with dealerships (I’ve only had crummy used cars that I would drive until they no longer work). I was lucky to work with Luke because he explained everything very clearly and laid everything out for me. He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and we also have a lot in common. After talking with him for 5 minutes, I could immediately tell that he’s not just trying to sell me a car, he’s trying to improve my life. We discussed what I was looking for and in a very short time, he delivered exactly what I wanted in the Audi. Actually, even better than what I thought I wanted. And it didn’t stop when we made the deal. He goes out of his way to follow up and check in to make sure I’m happy or if there’s anything I need.

I highly recommend Audi Tampa and especially Luke. You will not be disappointed with him. I love the S5 and the fact that Luke and Audi Tampa want to build relationships with their customers for the long term. Thank you Luke!!

I bought my used Toyota Corolla here. It's absolutely beautiful, super low mileage, and runs like brand new. Renzo helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get a good deal that's within my budget. I was a bit nervous about getting ripped off since I've never bought a car from a dealership before, but he walked me through the whole process, was very patient with me, and answered all my questions. Audi Tampa is great! AJ Gonzalez greeted us when we walked in and helped us buy 2 cars. He and the manager, Ryan, were super helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us a good deal. AJ also was able to find the specific car we wanted within days from another dealer and made the process quick, easy, and painless.

Harsh Kinha Was our salesman and we absolutely loved him! He spoke to us on a personal level and not just another salesman. He made sure we were introduced to all of our features on our car and even after I missed an appt for my tinting due to being sick he accommodated me once again with no issues!
