I’ve been to this location lots of times and every time I got there they have wildly overpriced items, the last time I went they have two full aisles full of bins on tables and on the floor (prob. about 40 bins total), which I imagined was going to discounted, but no, I found multiple items that I have seen to for cheaper from the official brands store. I took a picture of this ripped up/shredded jacket that was still going for a ridiculous price. Along with these Nike monarchs that I’ve bought brand NEW from the Nike store about a year ago for $55, being sold for $65 USED. This was definitely my last straw coming here, only seeing women’s crop top clothing and name brand stuff that is more expensive than brand new.

Love this place! Even though I don’t really care about brand names, you can get a lot of high quality, often brand name clothes here for ridiculously reasonable prices. They have a pretty good sized men’s section, unlike some thrift stores. Check it out!!

I drove 30mins to get to the shop and sell my clothes. I got there at 6. The. Buy counter is supposed to be open till 7. They said they had to close the buy counter do to being short staffed but the employees were just sitting behind the counter talking the whole time. They could have easly gone through my clothes. I asked if I could atleast leave the clothes there and come back the next day and they refused to do that. You would think since they closed the buy counter early they would have something in place to help the customer but clearly they don't care about there customers. Also, the money they were going to offer me I was going to spend there too. I will definitely finding a better place to go

I’ve been shopping with uptown since they were at the old location. Experience is always pleasant, selection is vast. Usually very organized at times can get a little crowded and difficult to shop with racks full, smaller store with a lot of inventory so not bad. Prices are decent, at times a bit high for resale but that’s a trend since second hand became the next trend. My only complaint is their offer can be low, if the buyer is seasoned and knows labels etc than your offer is reasonable otherwise I’ve had some poor offers and even worse had them “forget” to return all of my things. I’ll keep coming back, not always to sell though.

I visit this location a few times a year to get nice second hand items which usually are in great condition. My experience at this uptown was great. Customer service is good they’re nice and helpful. It’s clean but I went in during the annual sale it was a lot cause so many buckets were everywhere which is understandable. I liked how all the clothes are organized by color and size, so it was easy to find my sizes plus it was satisfying seeing the same colors together. The selection of clothes is amazing I found really cute stuff for more than half the original price. Overall awesome experience if you need a quick outfit or just want to browse around you’ll for sure find something nice.

They took 60% of the clothes I dropped off, the brands GAP and Aerie being the brands of the items they took. I was able to get a decent amount of store credit and walk away with a few new cute items! Love that they have free people and other name brands that are in style.
