I always manage to walk out of here with more clothes than what I originally planned for a good price. They have discount deals by color which is a 10/10. The employees here maintain good vibes, overall a GREAT shopping experience!

I also thought that I left my wallet on the counter so I phoned in a few days later and the team was HAPPY to check over the security cameras and see if I really did leave it… above and beyond in my opinion! I did end up finding the wallet, but not at Uptown. Really appreciate the time and energy the team spent helping me out.

My favorite store. I got some of my absolute favorite things from here like my Converse hiking boots for 22$ and I wear them often. They have great reasonable prices and great finds. A lot of beautiful stuff in all sizes.

We took a few items in, but they didn't like anything. I was told the clothes don't sell because of the style. After looking around to find similar items, we donated and kinda overpriced. We ended up walking out with only 2 items. Which were basic T-shirts' cool vibe but won't go back!

Walked around the store for an hour while I waited for my clothes to be evaluated. I only found 2 items that I liked that were in good condition and a good price. There's so much dingy stuff to rummage through and the prices for decent items is what I pay for brand-new items on clearance or with a coupon at normal stores.. I got called up and was told that they went through half of my stuff and had to stop because there was "underwear" in the bag. She holds up a pair of Nike compression shorts with two fingers like I brought my dirty laundry in or something. I said that they were athletic compression shorts, she looked at the "supervisor" kid girl thing and asked if she had permission to accept them, the girl just looked with crooked face and shrugged. (Note, they sell bathing suits but was appalled that I brought in Nike compression shorts). I said it's fine I'll just take my stuff back and go.. The girl then says I can ring you up for those items that you pocked.. yeah, no thank you, you just wasted an hour of my time, didn't buy anything from me, treated me like a weirdo and then thought I'd like to give you business. Lol.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I came in with a brand new Kendra Scott necklace in its box never been touch. I noticed they didn't take it whenever i got my items back wasnt mad about it or anything. Till Im just now going through the box and the necklace is gone. This was the only place I brought this necklace to and had not opened the box since i saw the necklace and brought it into the store. My necklace was stolen from whoever the worker was. So unmoral and unprofessional.

I was helped by Paris the other day, never have i experienced such great customer service from this company! Not only did she go out of her way to help me find a clothing piece based on my preferences and body type, but she was also so incredibly kind and welcoming to a new uptown shopper like me. I will be coming back just for her. Give this girl a raise!!!!!

The workers were really nice and helpful. It just took over an hour to get my clothes priced. They also ask you to wait inside, and there’s one bench and no wifi…which just makes the waiting experience frustrating. Would give 3.5 if I could!

Jessie was super kind and amazing! she was working the dressing rooms, checking up on everyone on the floor, and working the cashier. an icon. a gem. love her! also store was super clean and organized!
