The staff was very friendly, and the selling process was smooth. However, out of the 50 items I brought in, they only purchased a few. The pricing was comparable to what Plato's Closet would offer. There were some good sales, though most items were in off-sizes. The fitting rooms and restrooms were clean, which was a plus. The location is a bit far from downtown, otherwise, I would likely visit more often.

What an amazing store! Everything was so easy to shop and I found so many great deals. The staff was extremely friendly, and I will definitely look forward to coming back again.

Girls were pleasant. However didn't buy anything I brought in. And I brought a decent size box in. Said it's "too formal". So if youre like me and like to dress up cute in things like fashion nova and akira dresses, this isn't the place for you. I had dresses with tags on them and they still didn't want them. Ive attached a few pictures of some of the items.

Unfortunately the employees will price your items very low if it's something they'd like to buy themselves with their employee discount. The employees also leave this location beyond disorganized. Hats all over the floor, jeans pulled off the wracks all the time.

On top of the disorganization, one of the managers, named Alexa, is unusually rude and short tempered. I would highly recommend going down the road to the Roswell location instead. They're honest and they're also ran by different management.

Normally love this store. My issue was at checkout. The cashiers at the other registers were giving bags and being nice. Ivy who checked me out didn’t want to give me a bag. I asked for one and she said they are a “bag less” store. I asked again and she kept saying the same thing until eventually she gave me one. I asked her name and she said she couldn’t give me that information. I ended up getting it off the receipt where it was clearly printed. She just didn’t want a complaint. Rude individual.

I was looking everywhere for a company holiday attire all week and I couldn’t find anything to my liking. I came in today and left with outfits for the party and the rest of the week! I’m talking, from shirts all the way to shoes! Definitely recommend, if you’re looking for affordable yet classy attire!

Best store to sell and buy! I’m so happy Plato’s Closet system was down or else I wouldn’t have continued searching for another place. Definitely will be my new go to hands down! Everything is cuter, cleaner and well organized in there.

I was very disappointed in my visit here. I traveled an hour to sell to this location after it came highly recommended. I checked in and 10 minutes later they were done. The girl at the counter told me all my items were a no thank you because of wear and warn out items. I brought in 2 tubs of clothing and 2 shopping bags full. Little did she know, I stood at the front while my items were on the counter and she never looked at any of my items. I mean didn’t touch the first piece of clothing I brought in. They we’re the busy and I was the only person waiting. The store had many shoppers as well as girls that came in and were hanging out at the counter with the workers. She just didn’t want to do her job. I’ve visited several locations and this was the first bad experience I’ve had. I should have saved my gas and went to Platos closet.
