I have been buying kids shoes, toys, clothes, strollers, dance wear, halloween costumes, and more here for a few years. I often sell some of the items back. They do not accept everything I bring in and that makes me realize that they have high standards.
Every time I come in, someone greets me.
They have wheel chair access parking in free parking lot shared with other venues.
Wheel chair access dressing room and restroom with 5 ft x 5 ft area.

I have no intention of harming the workers there but what happened to me is unspeakable. I took two boxes of clothes to sell and they returned an entire box to me without even looking at what was there and they tell me that the things were stained and without pairs when I myself put everything in pairs and removed the very used and stained clothes and to top it off they took 4 days to call me to only pay 100 for an entire box of my baby's clothes that I sold with so much sacrifice my family ended up in a hospital and I needed the money. They didn't want to take any of the clothes I took and they justified themselves by saying that they didn't have pairs and were stained, which is a lie because I know what I took and in the conditions they were but oh well that's life and you have to put up with the bad treatment from the assistants in places like these.

The older lady with blonde hair working there is so rude and seems like she needs to be home by herself rather than leading a team of such nice girls.

This older lady is so nasty and snappy towards customers. She doesn't deserve to be around children. Picking and choosing which customer will get the full experience.

Please if someone of higher power sees this just do a simple poll among staff and see how they feel about that individual.

The other staff where so nice and extremely hardworking.

The workers in there always have an attitude as if they’d rather be anywhere else.
We washed everything before bringing it in to be bought and they didn’t take anything except 3 clothes which was a joke.
Complained that all of our things we brought were dirty and “i guess you need to wash them”
This place is a joke if you’re trying to sell to them.
Buying clothes is a different story.

I did t have issue with he stuff . But quality of the items . Been at couple other locations in FL so knew what I could expect. I also sold some of my son’s clothes in Palm Beach. But quality and cleanness of the items here have huge gap to improve . The shoes were dirty and damaged, shirts stretched and some clothes just looking dirty . My favorite location is definitely in Naples.

Not only did the young lady who I was selling items with have absolutely no customer service, she seemed to have no desire to be there and slightly rude for no reason. Absolutely no smile or personality whatsoever. The woman who called me back to pick up the rest of my items did though, she was sweet. However, I’ve definitely been ripped off. They offered me $2.75 and showed me only a couple outfits they were purchasing, yet half of my GIANT basket of clothes was gone when returned to me. It’s hard enough getting rid of my first born’s stuff but needed to trade it for my next baby’s clothes, just for almost half of it to be taken… They’ve completely lost my business or my recommendation to others. Shame on y’all.

Extremely rude staff !! I came in with a bassinet a month ago had my baby in a stroller. None of the staff offered to help me as they saw me struggling pushing the stroller then going for the bassinet. Instead they just stood there & stared. Went looking around while they gave me an offer for the bassinet got some clothes & the cashier Jos rung me up told me what they’ll pay for the bassinet. Told her I would like to use it towards the clothes told me she did it. By the time I got home they called me stating that she never put in the offer & had to go the next day to pick up the money for the bassinet. Went in today to give some clothes, shoes & play mat activity toy. Again they saw me struggling pushing my stroller while carrying the basket of clothes, an older lady that was walking by was the one that helped me by holding the door open for me. Got 3 shirts for my baby & I again got the same cashier Jos & just her whole demeanor was very rude like she did not want to be there. They definitely need friendly & more helpful staff.

I think this concept is great. Kids go through clothes so quick it’s not worth buying new clothes especially the way fast fashion works.

This particular store is very organized and clean but you’ll notice the girls who work there are very serious and seem somewhat unfriendly but they’re great, maybe not the funnest job. They take a day or 2 to go through your things. They only accept items in a plastic bin, and then they call you when it’s ready. They don’t accept anything that’s stained, old or overly used.
