Had a buddy tell me to check this place out. Couldn’t have been anymore disappointed. You drive through roads made circa 1800 due to construction….and then you’re welcomed with outrageous pricing on nearly everything. $500 used small Pepsi cooler. They have a boutique area in the back that they try charging more than if the items were new. They have Walmart brands priced $40 n up. $60 used Lilly dresses you couldn’t get more than 20-30 used online waiting months to sell. Whoever runs this store needs to get a price check - aisle everything!!!! $40-60 silver pendants!!! Are you trying to sell the stuff or just smoke people’s wallets any chance you get?

The woman working in there screaming about a piece of furniture for 10 minutes - everybody doesn’t need to hear you at 100 decibels. Overall what an awful thrift store experience.

I was almost scared off by the prices at first, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask. And sure enough everything I wanted was half off.
I didn't realize I needed to pay cash, so I was short 35 cents with the cash I had on hand, but the wonderful lady helping me said not to worry about it.

This place is PACKED, but I thrift a lot so I'm pretty patient.
There's lots of treasure to be found if you have the time to sort through all the stuff you're not looking for. I think if they made their pricing a little more clear, that they might sell more things to clear up some space and then maybe others wouldn't be so intimidated by the shop.
I'll definitely be back to sort through more stuff.

I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. As a first time visitor, i got screamed at over asking a price by an old lady with grey hair and glasses. She was so rude and inconsiderate. The whole transaction she was snappy. The customers in line were laughing at her and how she was. That old lady, needs to go. She will push away all your customers. Lets also add in 2 customers followed me outside and apologized on her behalf. The store didnt do anything to amend what i went through. This was an awful experience. And their prices are insane. Who knew it was $6 for an “inside jacket” and its $24 for an “outside jacket” but dont worry, its only $12 today. I dont leave reviews often but this was top 3 worst customer experiences ive ever had.

Truly have enjoyed every single visit here and have always been overwhelmed by the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. The quality of and deals you can find here are stupendous. Every time I bring my mom here she just lights up with joy and there's nothing more I could ask for but we do get more and it's a great experience every single time. If you haven't been here I highly reccomend you give them a visit and I truly hope your visit is as enjoyable as ours. Thank you and God bless. ❤️

In the last two years I have noticed that this store has terribly gone downhill. Prices are higher in this store than in department store. Even with fifty percent sale, you would have better luck at department store.. it must be under new management , because as you walk in there is a mess in front of store. Things just thrown around. As you enter store, you see stuff just thrown all over the place. Linen, Purses, utensils, are in torn boxes on floor. The same products are still there, products not moving.. it is like you are walking into a house where hoarding is prevalent. There are products you can’t even get through to see, because others are blocking it half hazardly. A few months ago I was looking at a book in the kids section and the whole shelf dropped on me. It is hazardous to everyone. The store’s price policy clearly shows, because the whole store is overcrowded and sloppy. Not a fun place to shop. So sad because it is to help the hospital and this “mess” of the store is definitely not good. Poor management. This is sad because the staff is so kind, but they could only do what management tells them to do.

I was a volunteer I this thrift shop for 17 years. I few weeks ago, I was told that my services were no longer needed without any reason. Be very careful when buying furniture in the thrift shop. It comes from storage units that people cannot afford to keep. It has roaches and termites inside the couches. This furniture has been sitting in storage units for months.
I had very good rapport with the customers. They are always asking for me and the thrift shop tells them that I decided to leave. That is a lie. The reason I was let go is that I knew too much about the scams that were going on. If I was so bad why would the head of volunteers offer me another job at the hospital?

The selection was wonderful. Nearly all the staff were kind. One of the woman at checkout was not, and if I was an employer she wouldn’t be my employee. I can’t judge the place by a human there so I’d recommend it, I will never be going back as there are many other places that are more welcoming. If I’m spending time and money I want to feel I’m in a place that isn’t so ‘cold’, and unfortunately… even though most were amazing… one nasty behaved employee can create an unwelcoming environment. I wish this wasn’t the case.

Good thrift store. I've gotten many excellent bargains. As in most thrift stores, some prices are creeping up, but you can still find a deal.
