Here at 3:26 pm on a sunday and the doors are locked. First time coming here as I was out thrifting today and it's pretty sad because it looks like I would have liked it in there but I'll never be back because of this. Not even a sign stating will be back in a few minutes or we apologize for the inconvenience we have closed early today. Absolutely nothing that a business should do when they cannot honor their business hours.

Great joint, amazing prices. I don’t know if caught them on a sale or something, but I bought 1 pair of perfect black pants for $5.

It’s about 75% women’s products, but the men’s section is worth a look. My wife took forever looking through everything -she enjoyed too. No fitting room, but at these prices who cares.

Kim and Alicia truly made my visit special when I went in. They helped me out of the kindness of their hearts when I briefly mentioned how I am currently laid off and looking for a job. They helped me finding the perfect outfit for my next job interview and it truly just shows the world is such a beautiful place with people who treat you like family. Thank you so much to them I hope they are recognized for their service.

The manager, Elizabeth is fantastic! Today was my first time in and as soon I walked in I could hear her speaking with such kindness to other shoppers. Her energy is so refreshing and calming. She talks to everyone as if she knows them and you can see how comfortable she makes everyone feel. She makes you want to come back and I definitely will!

I love this place! Many of the other reviewers fail to realize this is a RESALE store not a thrift store so prices are much higher than a thrift store. Found great stuff for a hood price

Over the last few months, I have popped into the Resale Store and every time I find some great deals- including a HUGE $1 sale area where I always find at least one thing!

They are constantly updating the flow of the store, re-organizing sections, and making sure the selection of items are organized by size and clothing type. The staff and volunteers are very kind and always make sure to help you find specific things if needed.

If you are looking for some great shopping while supporting a non-profit in Plano- this is the best place!

I found so many high quality clothing items here for myself, as well as for my family! They have a great selection of jewelry, shoes and household items as well. The customer service was exceptional and everyone was so helpful with any questions I had. This is truly the best thrift store experience that I have found in my area.
