IT 2 SEPARATE STORES IN 1. The boutique is more on the higher end pricing while the thrift attached to it it’s more affordable! Both great stores. Some items in the boutique felt like they were overpriced, but it is a clean organized store. On the thrift side so affordable & many great items! We loved the thrift side. We notice the that whatever is drop off at the donation center items are separate by quality and divide in between both stores, which is a bit of a scam in my opinion. The older lady on the boutique side not much of a greeter, doesn’t have a smile on her face, not sure if she has problems going on or what not but I believe the front is always the face of the company, definitely needs improvement in that especially with the higher prices at the boutique, makes you not want to buy. She is watching one making sure ppl don’t steal. Over all come check it out.

We stopped here during our walk at/around the park, so I wasn't planning on buying anything. We weren't greeted by the ladies at the desk, even though they had no customers. I thought a lot of the items were over priced.

The only thrift store in Rockwall serving the area. With ALL of that input, it's one of the worst thrifts I've ever been to. It is rare to find something of quality that they aren't selling in the boutique portion for more than you'd buy it on eBay or private seller. I don't care for the place and think it's a horrible thrift store. To donate you are playing a game if they'll "take it". So if you're donating anything, even if it is in perfect condition, you load it and drive it to the location for them to turn you away. Every single thrift store across the lake is better than this place. Save you're time and head to Dallas Co.

Heather the manager today was so helpful and always so sweet to us. I appreciate everything we walk through door with warmth greeting and letting us know sales. We love this store. My wife is deaf and she can do sign language to her too. Love that! She feels so comfortable and welcoming.

The manager is rude and not helpful. I had a simple question and instead of simply answering she had me wait for 20
Minutes to answer the question. I understand that she was “busy” but I felt like she purposely made me wait. I was a loyal customer at this thrift store, but after feeling discriminated and belittled, I

Such a horrible experience visiting this place!! Better yet I should call it a dump which is what perfectly describes it. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The women they got working here are so rude!! I don't know if they got a stick shoved up their butt or what, but man are they snobs. They'll give you the meanest stare just for walking past them. My gosh. Oh and no public restrooms either so you'll just have to pee yourself. The least they can do is offer public restrooms for your customers! I guess they're just too lazy to clean them. Please don't come here. They have a horrible selection as well. For Rockwall I'd expect way more, but boy was I was wrong!!!! Avoid this place! I rather give my money to goodwill!!

Why is this place so expensive. $200 for a small bench from 1994 is crazy. The prices are too high for a thrift store.
