The best consignment shop in Dallas, but the worst customer service every time I visit. Today was no exception. Skylar (the manager) in the consignment area was unwilling to help and flat out rude. It’s as if your employees have lost sight of the fact that the customers, both consigning and buying, are what makes Clothes Horse Anonymous a business at all.

What a gem! If you’re into designer consignment — this is the place. It is nicely organized and smells great. There is even a section for “Girl Boss”. Great selection of designer shoes and purses as well.

OMG, This store is so amazing. I never believe in writing reviews because I know different store go through ups & downs. I have heard about this consignment shop so yesterday I had to check it out ! since me and my girls were in the area it was the perfect time for a little Girl Time Fun. All I can say is WOW walking in the vibe was really nice we was greeted at the front door let one employee know that it was our first time she told us about the sale and what to look for to save. As we made it through the store We Love To See The Girl Power Under One Ruff. I do have to say our favorite was the girl in the back by the fitting her style was crazy very friendly can pronounce her name is I tried super cute in orange. Even tho I didn’t found anything but my girls did I will be back & if customer have anything bad to say about this store or the employees they must just be having a bad day or unhappy with there life. The vibe, music, customer dancing & singing just all amazing.

I was nearby and went into the store because it looked interesting. I like a good consignment or thrift store! Things were well organized in most areas, but I thought the prices were too high.

The employees were not friendly. No one said hello or acknowledged me while I was in the store. An employee even moved a rack of clothing directly in front of me as I was walking through the store. She left it there and didn't say a word. I decided I didn't need anything from there and definitely didn't want to spend my money there.
