This store is amazing! I'm from Phoenix, Arizona and we have a Zia Records and Bookman's that I can compare this, too, and to me it's like they both combined and turned into a superstore. Plus, the customer service was amazing and the store was very clean and well organized.

Went in for the first time this week with my kiddos. I was shocked by how much great stuff they had! I could have easily spent a few hours looking through comics and books. We were on a mission, however, and we went straight to some card game swag for a new hobby. Skye helped us out, and she was SO patient and SO kind while I hit her with a barrage of questions. I’m really appreciative. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I can see this is more of a bookstore than anything, but I like the variety of products they have besides that. Comics, video game peripherals, and even actual games, including old school ones!

What made me lose respect for them was the prices on some of the Switch games. I know it's recently new but...$64 for Pokemon Legends: Arceus?! Target is LITERALLY right next door and you can get that for several bucks cheaper! Looks like it's better just to go to 806 Games if you want better deals.

I waited 3+ hours for them to look at my books and make me an offer, and the offer ended up being like $3 for 9 books. It was a complete waste of time. Though the selection is nice. I would consider buying from there but never selling there again

I honestly do not understand why people shop here. It’s the most horribly disorganized store I’ve ever been in every time I come in and the bathrooms have never had soap in them. I have a friend that worked here and they said they pay their employees minimum wage. They’re a huge company, they probably make enough to pay all of those people’s weekly salaries in an hour on a busy day. Plus they’re a buyback store, how much profit margin do you need? Super gross.

We took a quick trip to Lubbock and were super excited to find out they have a 2nd & Charles in town. It wasn't apart of our initial plan but we made sure to stop in and check out the store. It's a great place for everyone in the family to find something they like.

Great place to get 2nd hand books and retro video games. SNES, Sega, old Playstation, Xbox and Xbox 360. There is even GameCube games. All of them are in great condition as well. If you're having trouble looking for a game, this is definitely a place to look at. Highly recommend this store

Everytime I visit the 2nd and Charles on Marsha Sharp Fwy, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. This isn’t just late evening hours either that it is dirty, it’s even right after they open, when in any other reputable business, they would have cleaned the restrooms the night before. That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in ages… and there isn’t an excuse for it happening on multiple occasions.
