I actually like this store a lot... But one staff member ruins it. It's a shame because the rest of the employees are so personable and friendly. I believe she is one of the managers: she wears a light blue long sleeve top, she has blond hair and always brightly colored nails (often pink). I'd put her somewhere in the 50-60's age range. Her name is not present on her name tag - only a bar code, could just be flipped... but it has happened on 3 separate occasions that she has displayed uncomfortably rude behavior to customers in the store. Since I've seen it a few times, I feel the need to say something. She yells at people in line as if they are school children in the 90's... one time I was talking to my child and she kept yelling "my lane is closed now... I'm closed... I'm closed!!!" When I looked up at her she repeated it aggressively to my face. She didn't call for my attention, no "excuse me"... She just kept shouting louder and louder. I said to her, "I'm sorry, I didn't know you were talking to me." No smile, no acknowledgement, just a big scowl and, "You need to get in line over there." I've watched her for some time and noticed she can converse with some people in line... Although Goodwill celebrates diversity and fair employment her behavior gives the impression of prejudice. And it's certainly off-putting and diminishing to end such a great experience of shopping with her at the checkout. I probably spend at least $100+ per month at this store but this woman puts a bad taste in my mouth coming here.

I had the unpleasure to visit this goodwill. Although the quality of the store was great as soon as I walked in I watched as one of the employees Shiela yell very harshly one of the customers while she was shopping with her small children. I understand that the store was going to close in 20 minutes but there is no need to talk to someone in that manner. When she approached me I brought it to her attention that it was not very nice how she talked to them she blamed it on management that they make her act like that with customers to get them out of the store. She is definitely not the employee that should represent goodwill as a company. I will say that Carter at the register was very demure and mindful. He is the definition of kindness. I feel bad for him for having a coworker that has those characteristics. I’m not sure if I will ever visit this location again.

One resister with a trainee open. Line almost to the back of the store. Manager is having conversations instead of fixing the problem. At least go in you office instead of standing there while 20 people are waiting for 20 minutes in line.

This is an awesome Goodwill location! Tons of stuff and cheap prices. They have opened up a whole back area with more stuff and somehow they have brand new stuff for sale, almost like a Big Lots. It's mostly cleaning stuff, batteries, cell phone accessories, and little pet items, but its new in the package stuff. Weird...I've never seen this in a Goodwill before. They have fitting rooms available and honestly the merchandise looked pretty nice and the prices were good. I was looking for 2 specific items and found both fairly easily. I'll definitely be back!

Good prices here it’s always super packed though with a long line. I come on sundays so I don’t usually mind the wait. Plan ahead and you can find some neat stuff!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Goodwill. I arrived at 6:03 PM to donate items so that others in need could benefit from them. However, the female employee who was working there refused to accept my donation, stating rudely that they had been closed for three minutes. Her tone and complete lack of courtesy were shocking.

I understand that businesses have operating hours, but a little flexibility and kindness in a situation like this would go a long way—especially for a place that relies on donations from the community. I made the effort to bring these items for a good cause, and to be met with such an unwelcoming attitude is beyond frustrating.

Goodwill’s mission is to help people, and experiences like this make me question the integrity of that mission. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and policies for situations like these. Such treatment discourages people from donating altogether!
