If you have anything worth money your looking to sell don't go to this dump!! Pawn shops would be a step above! I brought brand new items dooney and bourke purses, clothes with tags still on them, shoes, flip flops etc. My trunk was filled with mostly new items. I almost fell over when this girl gave me a quote of 150.00 for everything! Wasted trip and time! I also called before I went stating I didn't want to bring my new purses to a pawn shop. The girl convinced me to bring them there! I knew right away when I walked in this is a dump!

If you are trying to sell clothes here please read this and other reviews beforehand. I wish I could give a zero star review. I wasted over 30 miles of gas and they had me wait 1hr and 30mins to review abt 20 pieces of name brand clothes from Nike shirts, under armor shirts, fashion nova dresses, and more perfectly fine and gently used clothing free of stains and any defects, just to offer $9.50 for 4 pieces of the clothes I had brought in out of all the other pieces. Some clothes in those 4 pieces that they chose to pay me for even had their tags still attached. I understand that as a resell store that they were never going to offer much but knowing that they’re going to resell those pieces of clothes and make much more than $9.50 off of them makes me quite upset that they couldn’t even offer ten bucks. With that being said, please do your research before hoping for much out of places like this.

This place is the absolute worst. If you have the opportunity to go to a different Plato's, I would highly recommend doing so and NOT supporting this business. I brought in a large box FULL of things that they were allegedly buying. Most of which is brand new because it doesn't fit me. The worker decided that they wouldn't be taking any of my items due to "wear, stains, styles that don't sell" which is really just their generic response. I picked out pieces from the store that I was going to buy that were FAR more worn than what I brought in. So what is the real reasoning here? Lazy employees that don't want to put away the clothes? I called before I made the 45 minute drive down to ensure they were accepting clothes and are looking for the specific items I had to offer. Don't waste your time like I did.

Things were clean and in order for the most part…
Really didn’t like that the changing rooms close at 830. I wish I was informed that when walking in. I asked to try on 2 shirts, 2 shorts and a bathing suit top and was told all changing rooms close at 830.

It was 832 when I had asked and only one other customer in store.

Maybe just close the store down at 830, or let people know that walk in after 8? Idk, I really didn’t like that. I work two jobs so it’s hard to make it back over that way in 7 days
