I called ahead of time to make sure they were buying clothes before I left because I live almost an hour away. The girl that answered assured me that they were. When I got there, over an hour before closing time, the snotty girl at the front told me they stopped buying for the day with an attitude. I still proceeded to try and shop since I was all the way there and could hear the other staff talking trash about the previous sellers and their clothes. I saw a male employee throwing things that another employee purchased and belittling her for bad taste. while another employee rolled her eyes and said she shouldn’t even work there. The whole experience was super uncomfortable. The staff was so rude and out of line. And 3 out of the 5 pairs of jeans I went to try on were stained. Good job guys.

I come to this location quite frequently and buy a good amount of product but today was the last time I will be in. I dropped off my clothes to be sold getting a text back an hour later that they were ready I come back and to my surprise I was told they are “too worn” to be taken. As they have been worn before they are clothes but not to the point where they had rips, stains, or were in anyway damaged and unacceptable for purchase by Plato’s when I was willing to take whatever was offered. Quite a disappointment to say the least when i’ve seen many more pieces in that establishment with more “wear and tear”. ‍♀️

I love this place! super clean, great stuffs and the atmosphere is the best!! The customers? Not to much, they think the workers owes them something…. These kids are very nice and you can tell they work hard, having to go through someone else’s clothes not knowing if there is something unpleasant they might find (people don’t care to bring used nasty clothes).
They have 90% discounts and rewards and etc and some customers still complaint…. Reading reviews here saying the place is bad makes me laugh! Please do not go there, do them a favor and don’t kill their good energy, those kids deserve a raise for their awesome work! 🙂

I visited this location for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised based on previous low star reviews. The store is well organized and there’s a wide selection of good quality inventory. The customer service wasn’t above and beyond but everyone was polite and helpful. LOVE that they don’t offer plastic bags!! If you want to write a negative review because you weren’t offered enough money, you have unrealistic expectations. The whole business model is fast cash for clothes. If you want what you paid for something, go sell it yourself!

Today was my second visit to this store with last year being my first.
Although the store was tidy, outfits & accessories well matched & employees courteous, the manikins were half dressed w/the males lower & the females upper extremities exposed. And although they are manikins, the lumps & bumps on them are quite obvious & inappropriate for a family shopping experience.
What a missed opportunity to display extra appealing apparel on those naked display dolls.

Showed up at 7:00 pm, they close at 9:00 pm. And I was told they wouldn’t take any more items tonight. As I don’t live close, will probably just donate the items, mostly teens, young adults working, didn’t seem intersed in the business, just how much work they might have. Won’t be back.

Staff is just. Uncomfortable and incredibly rude for no reason. Shopped here twice and both sets of staff were rude and the vibes in this place are just awful. It’s so strange. Never had as uncomfortable of an experience shopping anywhere in my life. They seem just so much more inclined to be rude for no reason than to be kind whatsoever.
